It was an honor to smoke que and whip up some homemade sides for Chisel Mill’s Preferred Agent Committee! Chisel Mill builds incredible homes throughout the south metro area and we loved feeding their real estate friends. We had a great afternoon of food, fellowship, and an incredible key note from Jay Knight of Templar Development.

LaGrange is a special place and we are grateful to call this place home for Ellison Brothers BBQ. We are blessed to be in a community that loves and supports small businesses so well!

It’s always a joy to be back in Milledgeville! We had smoke rolling all the way to Georgia College & State University to serve President Cox and the Georgia Court of Appeals! With a hint of Fall in the air, lots of BBQ, and great company — it was a perfect night! Thank you to President Cox, the Georgia Court of Appeals, Monica, and Blair for having us. We can’t wait to do it again!

We are ready for Hurricane Helene — and Line Creek Brewing The Reserve on Friday night! The trailer and smokers are under cover, we have a 150lbs of ice in case we lose power, and we will have that smoke rolling tomorrow!

The weather man is saying the rain will be gone by midday Friday — so we are planning on being at Line Creek from 4pm til 9pm on Friday! We will update this post on Friday AM if we will not be at Line Creek.

As long as we have power and the roads are clear - the smoke will be rolling! We will see y’all soon!

We love a good Homecoming Sunday!!

It was great to be back at Allen-Lee Memorial UMC to serve their congregation on this special Sunday. Last Homecoming, the church was raising money to build their new Fellowship Hall Building — and we loved being there to celebrate as they dedicated the new building yesterday. It was a perfect Sunday of fellowship and BBQ!
