Are you on fence about booking a grazing table? Let’s talk! ✨
Here are some FAQ about grazing tables!

✖️What’s the cost? I price my grazing tables per person! Essentially the more people you are serving, the cheaper it will be per person!

✖️How much would a cocktail hour for 100 people cost? This is my most popular booking and it only cost $500! (This is a very competitive catering price!)

✖️Can you add decor? I will always include any floral, greenery, crates, stands etc that YOU would like to provide… free of charge! These things are not required to make a table beautiful, but they are always a plus!

✖️What do I need to provide? You will need to provide plates, napkins, any decor you would like included, and a table cover. I will provide all serving utensils. I will cover your table cover with a protective lining, but I always recommend black, or something that you’re okay with getting food on!

✖️ What is the standard portion size? Grazing tables are meant to be served in appetizer portions. For an easy visual, each guest should comfortably be able to fill an appetizer plate. I try to create generous portion sizes, while still maintaining affordable prices!

✖️ How long does it take for you to build the table? It typically takes me 1-1.5 hours to build each grazing table. Tables for more than 100 guests may take longer.

✖️ What if my event is outside? I CAN build a table anywhere! However, I cannot control the temperature or insects! If you are considering booking during warm temperature months, I have lots of tips on how to make a grazing table possible! I create grazing tables all year long!

✖️Do you require a deposit? I require 50% of your total payment to be paid at the time of booking, and this is nonrefundable. Your deposit may be used to reschedule the date in the event you need to cancel. The remainder of your balance will be due one week before your event.

✖️Can you do themed tables? YES! I can create kid friendly, party themed, or holiday based tables!

✖️Can I choose what goes on my table? Yes. My prices are based off of my standard items. I have hand picked and perfected a list of items that work well, and are visually appealing. However, you can choose custom items to be added to (or left off of) your table. An additional fee may be added to your balance.

✖️Can you travel? Any event that is further than a 40 mile radius of Forest City, NC may be subject to a travel fee.

✖️Do you stay and serve? No. The beauty of grazing tables is the convience that they offer! Grazing tables are meant for self service. Once your table is built, I will be out of your way! A great tip for cleanup is to choose a table cover you’re okay with throwing away. When the party is over, you can simply close everything into the cloth, and toss it in the trash.

✖️How did you learn to build grazing tables? I am a self taught small business owner! Trial and Error is the best experience!

✖️Do you build grazing tables full time? Just on the weekends! I am a teacher full time, and this small business has been a great addition to my schedule!
