Good afternoon everyone! Just following up to see if anyone else would like to or was interested in placing an order for the Thanksgiving deal! Here’s the menu! Also I would be open to doing mashed potatoes in place of potato salad! Anyone who has already ordered if you’d like to trade out potato salad for mashed potatoes please let me know. Please have all orders in by November 15th! Thanks!

Hey if I did a 5 # smoked turkey breast, sausage link, green beans, potato salad pickles, onions and a pie. Choice of either pumpkin or buttermilk. Would something like that interest you? I'm thinking maybe for pick up like 10 am on Thanksgiving morning. I would do all this for $115. What you think as far as time, price and items? I want your honest opinion. Thanks everyone! Just trying to get an idea if it would be worth time to do all this for Thanksgiving.
Slaty Steer burgers, blue cheese burgers and cowboy style burgers on the Weber tonight cooked over charcoal. Came out fantastic!

Pork belly burnt ends from start to finish. Well worth the 5 hour cook time! Pork belly from Wiatreks meat market and main rub was from 512 seasoning and used their Slaty Steer Bold! Also made some bacon wrapped pickles seasoned with Salty Steer Bold as an appetizer.
Doing our first pick up on Saturday the 21st for BBQ. If you’re interested please PM me. Here’s the menu. I’d like to have orders in by Aug 12th if possible. Hope everyone is having a great weekend! Pit is filling up quick for the first event! Make sure and get your orders in!

Hi everyone, thanks for liking my new BBQ page! As some of you know, I started a BBQ business. I’m going to be doing events a couple times a month for pick up orders. I’ll also be starting to offer catering services. My specialties are brisket, ribs, sausage and bacon wrapped chicken thighs. I also offer potato salad, pinto beans and cream corn. I’ll be posting regularly on my BBQ adventures. My first video will come this weekend as I’m making some pork belly burnt ends. This will be my first smoke in the new Recteq BFG! I’m also glad to announce I’ll be using a local meat market Wiatreks in San Antonio for fresh cuts of meat. As well as 512seasoning for a quality seasoning that is not to disappoint! I hope to hear from you guys often. I’ll start sharing some recipes here and there so you can try some things at home yourself.
