Meet Alexandria, - ✨METHODICAL BUSINESS MANAGER, EVENT DESIGN MASTERMIND + TRUSTED ADVISER✨

Often compared to Martha Stewart, Alexandria realized that her varied skills and experiences created a unique talent combination.
With over a decade of experience as a negotiator for some of Atlanta’s leading law firms, alongside night shifts in fine dining that fueled her passion for events and hospitality, she refined her expertise.

The beginning of the 2020 quarantine served as a moment of reflection, prompting her to reassess her career path and igniting a new passion for helping others while focusing on what truly inspired her.

Equipped with her negotiation talents and a keen eye for event design, she boldly established her own agency. Now, five years later, she has generated millions in her industry, creating significant opportunities for diverse creative entrepreneurs in Atlanta and empowering them to embrace their God-given talents.

Her mission is to create meaningful and thoughtful event designs, nurture lasting relationships that go beyond transactions, and continually elevate her clients to new heights—all while remaining true to her authentic self!

Meet Dr. Tanya Stephenson, Founder and Lead Instructor 🙆🏽‍♀️

With a commitment to progressive wellness, lead instructor Tanya Stephenson has designed the certified professional stretch therapist program so that the dynamic practices of fascial stretch therapy can be spread outside her client base, using the techniques and best practices that have proven to be successful. Deeply rooted in Atlanta’s professional body work community for over a decade, Tanya owns Stretch ATL (1st location opened in 2013 and the second in 2024), a boutique stretch therapy practice which caters to a range of client classifications: from those who are sedentary, to amateur fitness enthusiast, to professional athletes. She strives to help her customers recognize the importance of stretching and how the importance of stretching and how the practice yields better recovery, increased range of motion and contributes to optimal health. Tanya is a certified practitioner of massage therapy (including the Gratson
Technique and Thai Yoga), Reformer Pilates and Barre.
