Our twist on salmon poke brings together fresh, vibrant flavors with a creative touch!

Did you know that 'poke' is a Hawaiian word meaning 'to cut into pieces' or 'to slice'? Traditionally, Hawaiian fishermen would use leftover pieces of their catch, mixing them with sesame oil, soy sauce, sea salt, candlenut, and seaweed for a simple, flavorful treat.

We didn't make it in the traditional Hawaiian way, and paired our salmon poke with crispy wonton chips and refreshing mango for a unique spin, blending cultures while staying true to the spirit of fresh, balanced ingredients.
