FAB 5 YARD CARDS
RENTAL TERM OF AGREEMENT March 11, 2024

Price
Payment is required before your event can be confirmed.
A payment planned can be created if needed.
The Yard Cards are rentals. They are owned by Fab 5 Yard Cards.

Set up & Pick up
Yard Cards are installed sometime between the evening before your event 6p - 8am the day of the event & picked up the evening of your event, sometime after 6pm. Late pick ups can be requested during the reservation and are based on availability.
If this is a gift/surprise make sure to let the homeowners know we will be setting up in their yard. We do not make contact upon arrival to set up or pick up.

Damages
In the event of any damage or stolen Yard Cards, you the renter, are responsible for the replacement of the item(s). The amount is $20-$100 per letter or yard card.
No Jumping or Playing around the Yard Cards.
Do not attach anything to the Yard Cards. This includes our advertisement sign.
Do not move, touch or remove the Yard Cards. We install and remove all Yard Cards.
Placement of Yard Cards are the sole discretion of Fab 5 Yard Cards staff.
If yard cards are moved a incidental fee of $50.00 will be charged.
Don’t use any lawn equipment around the Yard Cards. Grass stains & causes damage.
Please turn off sprinklers for the time the Yard Cards will be installed.
Do not use silly string around the Yard Cards.
Do not use a bubble machine around the Yard Cards
If extra cleaning is needed because of any of the above, a $55 extensive cleaning fee will be charged.
If this is a gift make the giftee aware of the above, as you are still responsible for damages.
If you are requesting anything to be moved, contact FAB 5.
Any and all Fees assessed you agree we can charge to the credit card on file, if no card is on file an invoice will be sent over requesting payment that is due immediately. By agreeing to these terms and conditions you give Fab 5 Yard Cards permission to to charged any fees your may occur.

Lawn Preparation
Please clean up any pet p**p and or trash out of the yard before delivery.
Please water your lawn for a few days prior to your delivery. If the ground is too hard, the Yard Cards can’t be installed.

Cancellations & Refunds
A 48 hour notice is required for a full refund. If inside of the 48 hour window, you can receive 50% refund or reschedule for a different date.
You will receive a full refund if weather conditions prevent us from installing the Yard Cards. (this is Fab 5 Yard Cards’ discretion)
No refunds will be given if the wrong address is given.
No refunds will be given if the homeowner or business requests us to remove the Yard Cards.
If we are unable to access a gated community or home, there will be no refund. If we go for a second attempt to deliver a fee of $25 will be charged.
If we can not install because the yard is to dry there will be no refund.
If we can’t access the property due to an animal there will be no refund.
No refunds will be given for circumstances that prevent us from setting up the display, that are out of our control.

I understand Fab 5 Yard Cards reserves the right to use their artistic creativity to create & set up your display. We will do our best to accommodate your personalized requests but we cannot guarantee availability, particular color emojis or designs as well as set up in a certain requested spot in the yard.

BY PLACING AN ORDER WITH FAB 5 YARD SIGNS, YOU ARE AGREEING TO ALL COMPANY RENTAL TERMS AND POLICIES. I have read and agree to Fab 5 Yard Cards reservation rental, refund policies & the terms and conditions. I understand that Fab 5 Yard Cards may take pictures of my yard once the Yard Cards have been installed for marketing purposes. Fab 5 also places a company sign with our contact info in your yard by the display. This is not to be moved or touched. A $25 fee may be assessed if it is. Fab 5 Yard Cards and all representatives are not responsible or liable for any injury or damage that may be caused to any person or property during the setup and removal of this rental.

Fab 5 Yard Cards and all representatives are not responsible or liable for any injury or damage that may be caused to any person or personal property if the above terms are not followed. Fab 5 Yard Cards respects your privacy. We do not sell our clients’ personal information to third parties. We may occasionally share information about our products and specials. You have the option to opt-out of this if you prefer to do so.

HOLD HARMLESS FAB 5 YARD CARDS AGREEMENT:
All customers agrees to defend, protect, and indemnify Fab 5 Yard Cards and hold all its officers, volunteers, employees and agents free and harmless from and against any and all damages, penalties, loses, charges, costs, settlements, professional fees, or any other expenses or liabilities of every kind and character arising out of or relating to any and all claims, obligation, demands, liens, actions, proceedings or causes of action of every kind and character in connection with or arising directly or indirectly out of the Fab 5 Yard Cards rental agreement and/or the performance thereof. Customer further agrees to investigate, handle, respond to, provide defense for any such claims, etc., at their sole expense and agrees to bear all other costs and expenses related thereto, even if it (claims, etc.) is groundless, false or fraudulent. The agreement is in effect for the duration of the rental process as defined by the effective dates of the rental agreement. By reserving with Fab 5 Yard Cards you agree to all terms and conditions and agreements.
