Life Events offers day-of wedding coordination services for brides and grooms who want to do most of the planning themselves, but when their wedding day arrives, they need a professional to execute all of their hard work. Your guests are an important part of your special day, so it’s not fair to put them to work and often these volun
teers have little or no experience when it comes to the perfect wedding day. Life Events will use all of its experience and knowledge from planning a variety of successful events to ensure that your vision comes to life. We’ll work closely with the happy couple in the few months leading up to the wedding day. We’ll review all event details, formulate the perfect timeline, get in touch with all vendors and suppliers and most importantly, be there on your big day to ensure flawless ex*****on.

Review all details and logistics planned for the wedding day including arrangements previously made with vendors and suppliers and update timeline accordingly
Correspondence with vendors to confirm details before the wedding
Coordination and presence at the rehearsal dinner and on the wedding day
Distribution of final payments

~ MEET YOUR PLANNER | ASHLEY LUTYK ~
Ashley has a special talent, eye and knack for special events. She carefully plans every detail and tailors them perfectly for each happy couple. Her greatest pleasure comes from witnessing the true love and happiness of others and watching the success of all of her hard work unfold. Planning is truly in her nature and she prides herself on the ability to bring couples’ dreams to life. Ashley has extensive and impressive event coordination experience, planning everything from large-scale fundraising events, corporate and social events and much more. Her greatest professional accomplishment is having been the Event Coordinator for the Weekend to End Women's Cancers for the Ottawa Regional Cancer Foundation. This experience gave Ashley the opportunity to travel across Canada and to help raise funds and awareness for prominent organizations and hospitals. Her expertise and passion for event planning truly flourished during this time. Prior to this, she excelled in the Event Management Program at Algonquin College and graduated with honors in 2009. Upon graduation and immediate entry into the event industry, she was asked to remain involved with the program and act as an academic mentor to the newly enrolled students. She is currently studying Business Management & Entrepreneurship and is focusing all of her attention on her future entrepreneurial goals. She has big dreams and aspirations and can certainly help to make yours a reality!
