JKG 007 - Jarry

007 of our series dives into the mind of Jarry, a Vancouver BC based electronic music enthusiast who has dabbled in house and all things electronic for many years. We first met Jarry a few New Years Eve ago and completely appreciated his love for his Allen & Heath Zone 96, which we mixed tunes on into the early morning. Truly a great soul and talented mix tape virtuoso, we knew we had to have him on the series just in time for the changing of the season from Summer to Fall.

"I played this as a closing set to the summer, spanning between quirky, minimal, and atmospheric sounds. Best enjoyed with good headphones and joint."

Peak hour goodness for all the ravey break lovers out there. This is a edit of a remix of the original Eurythmics - Sweet Dreams.

This track used to get me going on the dance floor, laced in Snug, a glow stick or two and my Adidas Gazelles pushing me past my bed time. What a time to be alive.

After 20-years of sitting on this digital file and longer searching for a 320, I finally decided to up-tier the sound with kicks, snares and some other fx to bring this back to life. Much love to my fellow 90s ravers.
