Clyde my grandson made his own sourdough roll. He mixed the dough yesterday woke me this morning to say it was alive and ready to shape so he put cinnamon & sugar in it folded it, shaped it and scored the topwith scissors.

Hey everyone!!! Ok I wanted to share with you some nice weekend cheese choices from Aldi's you should try out! Everyone should try new cheeses, broaden your horizons 😆 life is short eat the cheese!
*First I love these Rosettes of Tete de Moine. They are soft and airy. Very thinly shaved on a Girolle to bring out the flavor of the cheese which is more nutty an buttery. *Next is the Espresso cheese everyone knows this one, I use it frequently on my platters. This is a nicely priced Aldi brand that if you wanna try the flavor it won't cost much or be a waste.

Received some pictures back from a delivery to one of our biggest supporters since we started. I'm forever grateful she loves cheese as much as I do🤣!
It makes me feel normal! I did 10 different Artisan 🧀's
3 regular 🧀's for these large platters. Out of all the cheese's I think the Mango Chili Goat cheese is my summer favorite! It's a must try!
