Really excited to be starting our own bi-weekly open decks on the 8th December in collaboration with .finnnieston 🗣️

It’s super easy to get involved, all you need to do is message us & we will book you an hour slot. The slots will run between 8pm-Midnight 💋

Reminder that this is a bar that so bare that in mind when you’re playing. House, disco, trance and electro vibes are favoured. Absolutely no hard techno and raw style kicks (although we are trying to sort something for the harder styles as well) ⛓️‍💥

Anyone with any experience is welcome, it’s a good opportunity to see what it’s like to play in front of a crowd. Chances to play at future Venøm events. Drink deals on the night as well! 🍸

ARTIST SPØTLIGHT 002

Phia has been mixing for around 2 years now, starting at the age of 17. It all began as an interest sparked by attending a lot of raves and events during that time. She’s played in many small pubs and clubs around the Stirling and Glasgow area, including opening Fubar for .er back in November. Phia started off playing hard techno and fell in love with DJs like BLK, IHateModels, and Brutalismus
3000. Later, she discovered the more groovy side of mixing and fell in love with it all over again after discovering Hard Groove. Her huge inspirations include Chlär, Tommy Holohan (Samba Boys), and Fredric.

P4WEŁ is a Hard Techno DJ in the Glasgow area who started back in January this year. He’s recently started to pick up producing and working alongside a well known artist and will hopefully have a track out by the end of this year. His sets will take you through various genres such as; Hard Techno, Industrial, Raw and many more.

So excited to have P4WEŁ play for us on the 05/09 at Nice n Sleazy and we are sure he will bring the energy ⛓️‍💥

I’m a hard techno/industrial Dj from Edinburgh, I started DJing when I got my decks for my 18th birthday and since then have fell in love with DJing. Since then have played in Edinburgh and Glasgow, I toured Thailand playing at events such as the Escobar Jungle party and currently on route to finishing my first track. ❤️‍🔥

Dj Funk Dat and RZLV are both selectors from Glasgow, Scotland who have been developing their skills over 3 years playing Techno and House at Free Parties, Club Nights and Bars across Glasgow. They aim to immerse listeners in an eclectic mix of tracks from all years and genres to provide a vast journey which captivates the listener - from house to electro to techno to trance - they know how to make a crowd both feel and dance and are buzzing to show some of what their collection offers

sALLYx is a dj from Ayrshire specialising in various genres of hard dance,trance and house. Having only been in the scene for a year she’s created her own brand .collect_ive which led to a sold out club 69 with all proceeds going to a charity close to her heart🤍 Having played in many venues in Ayrshire and Glasgow,she can’t wait to see what nice n sleazy is all about!

sALLYx takes inspiration from hard techno djs such as dyen and brutalismus 300,to klangkeunstler to various hard groove artists such chlär and dj heartstring. Her music taste is as fluid as her ability to set the tone on any occasion 🤯

Scottish dj from glasgow DXMI has had a strong passion for djing since getting her first set of decks in 2015 and has loved and improved ever since, since moving from bedroom to dance floors last year she had the opportunity to move and play abroad bringing hard techno to the heart of marmaris and is looking foward to show what she really has to offer this year DXMI full energy sets consist of euphoric,industrial/hard Techno & gabber

For our mix series this month we invited the lovely 🖤

Based in Aberdeen, Scotland. Kelci is a DJ that aims to push the sound of 90’s & 00’s rave culture.

Kelci aims to showcase her love for all things hard dance, techno and trance through her mixes. Growing up with this kind of music, she also demonstrates her love for hard techno taking inspiration from the likes of ALT8 and Lee Ann Roberts.

Her goal this year is to play more underground venues where she hopes she can bring back the playfulness and bounce into the party scene.

Hailing from Glasgow’s southside, Caffeine is gaining traction within Glasgow’s techno community. In the last year, Caffeine has played in clubs such as La Cheetah, Berkeley Suite, Broadcast and most recently for ASDR. He takes inspiration from his ventures to parties hosted by the likes of Meat Free and Vault Sessions. Expect rolling rhythms, and driving techno, incorporating ethereal sounds throughout.

Taking influence from the underground techno scene in Germany and Budapest, EMEL specialises in Industrial techno, Hardcore and Gabber. Through combining elements of horror and bochka, EMEL has quickly gained a reputation for delivering evil sets of destruction and plays techno the way it should be- hard, fast and brutal. Since making her debut into the scene, EMEL has supported the likes of Doruksen, Holy Priest, D|K|OXY and this year is set to share the stage with Toxic machinery, INFEED, BSLS and FRIK as well as recently signing to LLT X techno belters agency. On the back of their set at a sold out club 69, EMEL will be once again forming a hard hitting duo with Lennon AKA SILKI.
