**AMERICAN LEGION HELENE BENEFIT WITH MUSIC FROM SEVERAL AMAZING BANDS, FOOD TRUCKS AND A GATHERING LIKE NO OTHER
**AND OF COURSE
ROCK FOR RELIEF, FEATURING 50 BANDS IN 18 VENUES THROUGHOUT THE COUNTY, SUPPORTING MOUNTAIN PROJECTS AND MUSICIANS

THIS WILL TRULY BE A NEVER BEFORE COUNTY WIDE MUSICAL EXTRAVAGANZA TO SHOW OUR SUPPORT FOR THOSE WHO SUFFERED THE MOST LOSS FROM HELENE.

Please come by and say hi. The Two Billy’s are an amazing start to an amazing following day in Haywood County where 50 bands will be playing in over 20 venues!!!! Just WOW!!!

Join us Friday night 8pm-10pm!

It's the tale of two Billys.

One is an English singer-songwriter with a slew of accomplishments within the music industry abroad (Billy Phillips), who now calls the small Caribbean island of Nevis home, a place where he continues to hone his craft and record his latest projects.

The other is a Western North Carolina native and longtime acoustic/rock performer in our backyard of Southern Appalachia (Billy McCracken), who also is finding recent success with his indie/trip-hop outfit Cloud Circuit, the culmination of his artistic endeavors now breaking into a new, uncharted area of creativity.

FESTIVAL ANNOUNCEMENT! We’re excited to be a part of the Rock For Relief WNC festival this Saturday, 11/2, at the Waynesville Inn & Golf Club, Tapestry by Hilton in Waynesville, NC! We are playing from 2-3:30 and hope to see you there for a great day of music! Excited to shared the stage with our friends in The Maggie Valley Band, Pleasure Chest, and the The Get Right Band!

Finally at 1am the next morning 10/27/24… after raising $24,513,185 for

All of the artist from joined the stage with Luke Combs and Eric Church to sing ericchurchmusic’s song “ ” to close out the night

I got to say, for a concert, it was quite the performance, and maybe because it was for for the of , and it’s a place that’s embedded in my soul, I must say it was quite the moving experience as well.

I should add That Eric Church, through his organization Chief Cares, personally pledged to build 100 homes for NC residents who lost their primary residence during the storm.

Also, David Tepper, Carolina Panthers Owner, donated use of the stadium and all the food and drinks sold as well as the salaries for the workers working the concert. Basically making the show $0 overhead so every dollar goes to the people.

We give Mr Tepper a lot of 💩 for how the Panthers are playing the last few years, but he deserves a lot of credit for footing the bill last night as well
