At the beautiful Timeless Moments banquet hall was a birthday celebration last weekend that literally every single guest enjoyed so much and made sure to express how much they enjoyed it throughout the course of the evening. I’m proud to be the one that got to serve the food for this wonderful festive day!

The ability to make each plate look as close to the other plate as possible but still in a timely manner is a bigger challenge then one would think. Platinum is always striving to do it nicer and faster then the time prior, and I must say they are becoming pros in doing so….
