Event for flu shots for employees of the airport at the airport was done yesterday with tons of happy people getting their flu shot and then enjoying some snacks from Platinum Catering.

Breakfast deliciousness for one of my clients this week and overall feedback was how yummy everything was. Crepes, breakfast sandwiches, cheesy hash brown muffins, fruit and sausage. Couldn’t ask for anything more.

One of the most popular items requested these last couple years is by far charcuterie displays.  Each display has its own  unique look of yumminess.  I really am proud of the effort. My staff puts forth on the charcuterie rewards, and the fact that the customer has always loved them.
