Meeting in the Middle
When it was time to plan my own wedding, the incredible costs stunned my now-husband and I. According to weddingwire.com, couples spend on average between $700 and $2500 on wedding flowers! Yikes!
In the interest of not totally draining my bank account, I decided to do my own wedding flowers. It was a big learning experience in many ways, but the greatest lesson was the sheer amount of time it took to put everything together. Doing my own flowers limited the amount of time I could spend on other things. This was especially hard since the flowers had to be done in the two days prior to the wedding, which is of course the prime time for everything else to be happening.
Since my wedding, I’ve done flowers for several other couples: family and friends who also didn’t want to break the bank on flowers, or spend all of their time working on flowers. I love putting together arrangements, and ultimately making life easier for the couple on one of the most important days of their lives.
Budget Wedding Flowers gives you a DIY price without the DIY hassle. I work largely in the Nashville, TN area. I require a minimum order of $300 since I buy flowers in bulk, though if you are close to the minimum I may make an exception. Because this is a budget flower service, I don’t do site visits or in-person consultations. You will receive two design options with your minimum purchase.
