1. HYGIENE OFFICER
-Graduate in Food Science / Microbiology/ Public Health
-3-5 Years’ experience in Catering
-Food Safety Level 4
-HACCP Level 3
-NEBOSH IGC

2. HEAD CHEF/CHIEF COOK
-At least 3 years experience as Head Chef/Chief Cook
-Arabic nationality is an advantage.

3. SALADMAKER
-Only applicant with Offshore training will be called for interview.
-Relevant experience is required.

4. CONTINENTAL COOK
-Experience in 5* hotel is an advantage

5. CAMP BOSS
-HACCP LEVEL 3 certificate is required
-Willing to work in remote areas
-Experience in Catering is an advantage-
