It’s been a minute since I’ve introduced myself and I’ve noticed a few more of you around here! I’m Melissa Fairchild Clark, the Fairchild behind the Fromage and the Clark behind . Also featured is my special guest star, quarantine roomie, bed hog, undyingly hopefully squirrel assassin and the best impulse buy ever, Canis Tobis.
was born out of a quarter life crisis that took the form of a departure from corporate fashion and furnishings work in NYC to the Bay Area for culinary school.
