Anyway, they’re the personal sized half salad, half snack of the summer for whatever you’re getting up to! Available in classic iterations of Original Cheese, Farm-stand, and Cured.

As with any small business, you never start out perfect, you just start somewhere.
I’m still on the hunt for the perfect canvas and delivery system, which is TOUGH when you’re driven to be little-miss-sustainable thanks to a background in CA farm-to-table, but I have to remind myself: at least I’m one of the ones that give a s**t ♻️😉

The boxes are coming out of Quarantine for MOTHERS DAY! I’ve stocked a limited number of boxes for Dads and Kiddos to PICK UP for Mom on Mothers Day SUNDAY MAY 10TH! Boxes are $99 and contain FOUR cheeses, as well as a mix of fresh and dried fruits, Mast chocolate, pistachios, honey, decorative florals and accompanying crackers.

It’s been a minute since I’ve introduced myself and I’ve noticed a few more of you around here! I’m Melissa Fairchild Clark, the Fairchild behind the Fromage and the Clark behind . Also featured is my special guest star, quarantine roomie, bed hog, undyingly hopefully squirrel assassin and the best impulse buy ever, Canis Tobis.
was born out of a quarter life crisis that took the form of a departure from corporate fashion and furnishings work in NYC to the Bay Area for culinary school.
was born out of an off handed comment during a catering gig that “I would hire you just for the cheese board!”.
Right now without those types of gigs (stay home, stay safe, stay healthy!), I’m pivoting to pizza kits which are featured over .

Hi All! A note about Friday Boxes going forward:
As many of you know or have surmised, I’m a one-woman small business whose product is perishables, and with that comes risks I’d like to quell. When this all began I had back stock that allowed me to offer up the Friday Boxes with a $25 donation attached to help my community who have much higher overhead than myself with high rent and staff to consider. This felt like the right thing to do — great privilege carrying great responsibility and all. I’ve now reached the end of that ability. It hurts my heart in ways I haven’t quite figured out how to articulately enumerate. I’m now crossing my fingers to have enough orders this Friday to work through/cover the cost of the stock I have, and then close out operations until this curve has flatlined and life requires celebrations that require cheese!
So, if you’d like the last round of Friday boxes, with some gorgeous cheeses and meats and fruits and veggies I’ve got begging to be noshed, shoot me a dm and we’ll brighten up your friday!

It’s FRIDAY BOX DAY! There are still a few spots left if you’d like to place an order before 4pm!
Boxes are $99 which includes a box like this (fully wrapped), crackers, and a $25 donation to a food pantry or gift certificate to a local business for a later giveaway.
Pick up is 6-6:45 tonight at the St. Peter’s/Ride Reflect lot in Morristown. DM me to place your order!

INTRODUCING: Social Distancing Donation Sundries! A mashup of all my favorite things from my residency. $65 for the bundle (my wholesale cost + $25 donation to a local small biz).
1. , fill with liquor or water, refrigerate for 3-5 days, enjoy 8+ cocktails or mocktails from one jar! (If you add sugar again, you can stretch to a second steep).
2. salsa - the only salsa I buy! So much depth of flavor.
3. jam - creative approachable flavors, great with cheese or on toast/waffles!
4. - a capful is wonderful in seltzer, cocktails or mocktails!
5. caramel, because I know you’re baking or ice cream diving!
These will be available either as an add on to one of Friday’s boxes or as a stand alone purchase for Friday pick up! Flavors vary but I’ll be using my chef-y instincts to make sure everything in your package works together! Again, THANK YOU for helping me help the community!
