With great joy I want to wish Tyler & Anne a very happy and blessed Wedding Day!! 💍

I have been working with these two for a while now and it has been so fun to work with them through this process and see how it's all come together- it will be a truly special day surrounded by loved one's and friends as they say their vows and become Husband and Wife 🥰

Not only do we have a stellar team of vendors, but Anne's mom, also is their florist today!

I've known Peggy at for many years as she has been a close friend and spiritual mentor of mine, so I am especially honored to be coordinating her daughter Anne's wedding, also so Peggy can fully enjoy being Mother of the Bride today!

What a day to celebrate Anne & Tyler's love as they start their married life! "What therefore God has joined together, let no man separate." (Matthew 19:6) 🩷

HAPPY WEDDING DAY Zach & Alex! 06.21.2024 💍

They said their I Do's at the gorgeous and the rain held off the entire day so they could take in every spot on the venue grounds!

Alex is a Wedding Photographer, so today was a little bit different where I just arrived on site for Day of Coordination only, she knew how to make a wedding timeline 😉 And what a great day it was!

Praise God for this beautiful day and for choosing the two of you for each other! 😊 Your ceremony was so filled with the love and peace that only comes from Jesus. Wishing you both the very best marriage and lifetime together 🩷

It is Wedding Day for Aubin & Grant - YAY 💍

I feel like I've known these two for so long already, but it was really only just a year ago we first met- time sure flies!

What a wonderful experience it has been working alongside them these past several months putting the final touches on their Wedding plans- today will be a day with an INCREDIBLE vendor team and the joy of their family and friends.

Something very unique and special they are doing today is a water collection along the Apple River with their immediate family, which will then be turned into a water and river painting to remember the sight, the scene, and the emotions of their Wedding Day!

Come rain or shine, their marriage will be blessed 🤍 Congratulations to the very soon-to-be Mr. and Mrs. Munson! 😊

Hi there Couple's and Vendors- specifically those impacted by the Circle B Venue closing!!

I've been chatting with a number of coordinators and planners, and it's time for people in the Wedding community to step up and be a community!

I can't imagine how those who lost their venue are feeling. SO- if you are a couple impacted, or know a couple impacted who doesn't yet have a Day of Coordinator, or had hired a Coordinator who isn't available for a changed date, I am willing to offer 50%-75% off my rates for dates I may have available yet this year and in 2025! Final discount will be based on location and guest count size.

As many may know or have a heard, a fairly local MN venue just up and shut down leaving so many couple's out and lost their venue weeks and months before their weddings....

I cannot recommend Rockwoods MN enough as an alternate venue and they just shared their calendar availability on their website. This is where Chase and I had our Wedding Reception and I could not speak more highly of their team- they are wonderful and a VERY affordable option 🧡

Please share with any couple's you know that are impacted!! What a testament to the wonderful and supportive community we have here of wedding venues and vendors - there is always GOOD made from the bad circumstances around us.

”What does a Wedding Coordinator DO at our Wedding??”

So, here is a list of tasks I may complete on your Wedding Day and why a Day of Coordinator is so valuable, because trust me, SOMEONE will end up doing these things!

On-site Coordination Service may include/is not limited to:

Greet and direct Vendor arrival

Point-person for questions from Vendors, Wedding Party, family, and guests

Set-Up Welcome/Guest Book table, In-Memory table, Seating Chart/Escort Cards, Cards & Gifts table, Ceremony and Reception decor

Assist Photographer in coordinating First Look photos

Ensure Wedding Party & family are ready for photos - Pin boutonnieres/corsages

Facilitate Ceremony Rehearsal in coordination with Officiant and DJ/Musicians

Light candles, turn on signage

Line up and cue Officiant, Music, and Wedding Party for Ceremony

Repurpose/move Ceremony decor to Reception space; clean up ceremony/unity items

Direct and move guests from Ceremony to Cocktail Hour to Reception

Cue Grand March, Welcome Announcements/Prayer, Dinner, Speeches, and First Dances

Release guests to the dinner buffet

Set Dessert table/prepare cake and serving ware for Cake Cutting

Coordinate room flipping or partial teardown of tables/ decor for Dance Floor space

Secure gifts and cards in vehicle or locked location for end of night

Distribute thank you’s and gratuities to Vendors

Communicate Shuttle departures/announcements with your DJ or Emcee

Problem solve and troubleshoot any issues or emergencies that arise

And I'm telling you, these are just the TYPICAL tasks. Every Wedding is unique and has different needs ✨️

Wishing a very Happy Wedding Day to Cole & Clare 02.20.2024 💍

It's been a true pleasure working alongside these two as they prepare for their Wedding today! I know they are especially looking forward to it, but I'm just going to say that I am also SO excited for them to have their First Look today as Clare walks down the aisle... what a moment to treasure! 🥰

They'll be married at their church and then guests are going to take a short drive over to St. Paul for their reception at Landmark Center - I also have to give them a shout out for their music choice, because cleaning up decor at the end of the night is just way more fun when we get to listen and dance to Bluewater Kings Band at the same time.

Wishing such a beautiful Wedding Day to Shane & Sarah 💍 01.27.2024

It has been a blast helping Sarah and Shane plan for today! They have chosen so many unique and personal elements to make today special, I just have to share them 🥰

They'll be starting out with an intimate ceremony with their immediate family and wedding party, under the beautiful greenery installation at

Followed by an open cocktail hour for all their extended family and guests, during which they will have their Grand Entrance and First Dance together 💕

Then for dinner, we are having food STATIONS and an Ice Cream Bar for dessert 🍦 followed by a night of dancing, their own personal Last Dance, and Sparkler Grand Exit!

Sarah & Shane, with so many other beautiful moments planned too, I wish you the best first day of your married life together 🤍

Venue Manager vs Wedding Coordinator- Why you should have both ✨️

First off, this is not an exhaustive list of what either role is responsible for, and as a Coordinator, I don't claim to know everything that a Venue Manager does behind the scenes!*

However, as your Wedding Coordinator, I offer a vital and valuable service that focuses on YOU, so you, your Wedding Party, your family and your guests can be present for all the special moments of your Wedding Day 🤍

Two caveats to the information in the slides:
1. I would not apply this to Church ceremonies and receptions- the responsibilities of your Church staff will vary and be a specific point of discussion in our planning meetings!
2. I am solely a Wedding Coordinator, not a Wedding Planner- also two very different roles and responsibilities! I will detail this in a different post coming soon.

In summary- your venue team and coordinator team are VITAL to your Wedding Day 💍 and both of our teams want your day to be smooth, stress-free, and a celebration of your marriage! 😊

3 weeks to go! ✨️

Only 3 more weeks of weddings, to complete the 11 week single and double-header stretch of weddings this year!

This year has been a transformation year for me in many ways... and I will detail this more come the off season. I have so many incredible things to share and ideas to move forward into next year, with a newfound confidence in myself and how to use this little platform that I have to glorify Christ. That's what life is about after all. I thank God for His strength and provision 🤍🔥🕊

These two were High School sweethearts 💕 and now today is the special day they will be saying their I Do's out at the beautiful Skyroom .mn at the Red Wing Golf Course! From celebrating with their nearest and dearest family and friends, with a private cake cutting at the Walsh House, to newlywed Tequila shots, they will have so many amazing moments to share today! It's a real honor to be there 😊

One of the best moments on your Wedding Day: the walk down the aisle as Newlyweds 🤍💍

This is the most pure moment of joy and gladness as Husband & Wife on every Wedding Day, and it's also one of my absolute favorite moments to witness as your Coordinator 😊 can't wipe the smile off my own face when the two of you get to walk the aisle together!

No matter what I may need to be doing DURING your actual ceremony (which are many things), I still make it a personal task of mine to witness, pray for you, and be standing around the corner or in the back of the ceremony space to clap and give you a huge grin saying CONRATULATIONS when you take this special walk together- after all this is the moment to celebrate 🥂

There were two very special anniversaries for the JY couples in the last week, so first I want to wish a very happy 1-year Anniversary to Jacob & Bailey 🤍

These two got married a year ago 9.4.2022 at the beautiful and it was an absolutely wonderful day for them to say their 'I Do's' (example A the stunning golden hour photos). ✨️

Their Wedding Day was focused on Christ, family, and friends, and especially their two little girls. Their First Dance with the 4 of them as a family had the entire room sobbing, it was one of the most precious sights 💕😭

Congrats to the two of you- I hope the first year was filled with love and cherished memories, with a lifetime more to come!
