Just a bit about us, we have been delivering fresh, three course gourmet meals in the Atlanta area for over 20 years. As of 2018, we have a location in the Tampa Bay area as well. Instead of Flowers is a great gift alternative to show you care enough to send the very best. IOF is the perfect gift for new moms, to say get well soon, thinking of you, our condolences, congratulations, happy birthday, happy anniversary, or just simply bon appetit. We prepare all meals fresh on site daily. Therefore, we are able to accommodate special needs on menu preparations and do allow substitutions. Instead Of Flowers, What A Great Idea!
