Meet Maria, founder of Barr Event Co 🤎
Hi there! 👋🏻 I’m Maria and I have been in the world of weddings and events for over eight years. Starting with work on the catering and events side to corporate event planning and then settling into wedding planning.
Over the past eight years, I have grown my business in DC, Houston, and Atlanta. My team has planned and executed weddings across the US and internationally - our favorite places being Cabo, New York City, and we will be in France and Spain this year! ✈️
Random facts:
🥂 I was born in Lima, Peru, lived in Los Angeles, CA, and grew up in Northern Virginia where I launched my brand, moved to Houston, and now settling in Atlanta.
🥂 My husband is a chef and he get lots of random catering questions or food budgeting questions from me 👨🏻🍳
🥂 We have three children, Benny, Lewis, and Francesca, and being a mom is my whole personality
