The Astley Bank Hotel, Restaurant & Conference Centre- Darwen was the venue for Toni & Lukes wedding over the Bank Holiday Weekend and what a day and party they had. It was our first time working alongside Karen Nash Photography and hopefully not our last. The venue looked amazing and the rooms had been dressed by Flossy Pots Events . Betsy Makeup Academy was on hand in the morning to make the girls look their best and Limo-Sceneuk got the lads to the venue in style. Evening entertainment was provided by the hotels resident DJ and a VW photo booth by warrens Vintage Vw Weddings

This weekends wedding was at the award winning Ashfield House and you can see why. It is an amazing venue made all the more special by such an amazing wedding. Eye watering vows, garden games, guest pianist and his and hers cocktails. 2 years ago, we filmed the wedding of Tom & Amy with Nancy Lisa Barrett Photography and Heather Rose Duffy Photography. Last Saturday we got the chance to do it all again but this time with Amy’s sister Becky and her husband Dan the Man. The whole team was back together and here’s a taster of the fabulous day 😍

We were back at the truly fantastic Bartle Hall Hotel last week for the wedding of Michael & Katie. The staff there really do know how to look after their guests and suppliers. We were recommended to Katie by her work colleagues after we filmed their weddings. It's always the greatest feeling to have that happen. We are so glad they did because the couple were a joy to film and were great fun to be around.

Weddings a for us are a bit like buses at the moment, three close together. The first of which were the very stylish and lovely Sôphia & Joe . We had a great time and worked with for the first and hopefully not the last time. We also had a little helper with us for the day. is study photography and came along for the ride and was a great help. Anyway, enjoy the teaser. It was inspired by the couples love of house music.

Second wedding of the week yesterday and another day of fantastic skys and changable weather. Driving home I saw this so had just enough battery left in the drone to send it up for a picture. A resident came out to check out the suspicious drone guy and we ended up having a 10min chat about the quality of sunsets 😂

After a mixed weekend of weather Claire & Danny struck gold with a beautiful Saturday for their wedding at Shaw Hill Golf & Spa Hotel in Chorley. Accompanied by Neil White Photography a fantastic day was topped off by fireworks caught on our slightly singed drone!

We were very fortunate to be asked to film the wedding of Alex & Cara yesterday. This fantastic couple married at the awe inspiring Old Palace Chester . We were fortunate to work with so many fab people: Georgie, manager at the venue was able to juggle five plates and still ask everyone what could she do to help ❤️. Livi Edwards photography and Charlotte Giddings Photography were a dream to shoot alongside. Liz Hendry Wedding Pianist filled the rooms with her wonderful playing.

A minute is not long enough to get the grandeur and spectacle of the day but I guess that’s why it’s called a teaser. Good job Alex & Cara chose the 20min film, there is a lot to pack in 😍

A productive day today in amongst editing. This morning I had a wedding pre meet and learnt about some very exciting plan for an upcoming wedding. Then this evening, I popped back to Beeston Manor to get some drone footage as the high winds and rain stopped us flying on the day itself. Here’s a still from the flight.
