🇺🇸Joy with a meaning is our Mosaic value proposition.

We are so excited to announce that we collaborating with the Charity Foundation, Volunteer Union PORUCH.
Our goal is to raise donations for Ukrainian children and support them with school supplies for the upcoming school year.

We strongly believe that every child in the world deserves to have all the tools for a proper education. We can work together to provide those tools necessary for those in need.

Please remember, there is no such a thing as a small donation.
if its even 1 dollar or 10 peso, it will make a change!

Hola, Cabo!

🇺🇸We’ve been working really hard behind closed doors to bring to you a passion project that we hold near and dear to our hearts. So let us introduce you to our first Mosaic Pop Up ever.
It will be held here in Doce Cuarenta Cabo on August 24th.
Can't wait to see you guys there!

🇺🇦 Українській мові понад тисячу років.
Вона має давнє коріння, що сягає часів середньовічної держави Київської Русі 9-13 століть. Вона розвинулася зі старослов'янської мови та була спільною мовою, якою розмовляли в Київській Русі.
Українська мова протягом століть зазнавала утисків з боку Росії. Говорити, писати, співати, вивчати українську мову було заборонено.

"Розстріляне Відродження"
В українській літературі є період, відомий як "Розстріляне Відродження" або "Розстріляне покоління". Йдеться про трагічний період 1920-1930-х років радянської доби, коли багато українських інтелектуалів, зокрема письменників, поетів і художників, були заарештовані, заслані або страчені радянською владою через їхній спротив політиці насильницької колективізації, русифікації та цензури.

Серед видатних постатей цього періоду - Василь Стус, Микола Хвильовий, Павло Тичина, Микола Зеров та інші. Їхні твори часто відображали теми опору, ідентичності та боротьби за свободу і стали символами опору та національної ідентичності в один з найтемніших періодів в історії України.

Why Ukrainian Flag is blue and yellow? 🇺🇦

🇺🇸 The blue and yellow colors on the Ukrainian flag represents the clear skies above the golden fields of wheat.

Nowadays, the Ukrainian flag has become recognizable everywhere in the world. It's a symbol of bravery, power, democracy and freedom which also represents a huge role of Ukraine as Europe’s breadbasket.

With the dissolution of the Soviet Union in 1991, Ukraine proclaimed its independence. On August 24, 1991, the blue and yellow flag was officially reinstated as the national flag of Ukraine.

🇲🇽 Los colores azul y amarillo de la bandera ucraniana representan los cielos despejados sobre los dorados campos de trigo.

Hoy en día, la bandera ucraniana es reconocible en todo el mundo. Es un símbolo de valentía, poder, democracia y libertad que también representa el enorme papel de Ucrania como granero de Europa.

Con la disolución de la Unión Soviética en 1991, Ucrania proclamó su independencia. El 24 de agosto de 1991, la bandera azul y amarilla se restableció oficialmente como bandera nacional de Ucrania.

The 24th of February 2022. My life changed along with lives of thousands of Ukrainians. I woke up at 5am to the sound of explosions. In rushed tones we spoke of the war that started. War that was only a few feet away.

I was in disbelief when I saw huge military planes flying just outside my window. I packed my life in a small suitcase and left my beloved home.

Fast forward to my present day where I have lived more than a year in Cabo San Lucas and I have been so lucky to have met wonderful people here. My entire family is made up of musicians and artists so it’s obvious that music is one of my great passions. That is how the idea of Mosaic came to be. Both me and my friend, Gary, desire to build a creative community who share those same passions of music and art while providing support to Ukraine, my home which always has my heart.

Mosaic is coming soon to bring together music and art here in Cabo. It is in this Cabo to community that we hope to grow this philanthropic cause while showcasing the best of what the art community has to offer. Let’s go Cabo!
