🔥Meet the guys behind the grills!🔥

Skyler and Brian met when they attended the police academy together in 2019. They both have been grilling and smoking meat together since. They’ve shared recipes and tried new things together over the last 7 years to perfect what we serve you today! By day they are both law enforcement officers, husbands, and fathers.

Skyler is married to his wife Lauren and they have one daughter. Skyler works for Madison Police Department on their traffic unit and is also a full time SWAT team member. If Skyler isn’t in a patrol car or behind a grill, he enjoys spending time with his family and friends, hunting, fishing, shooting sporting clays and practicing for upcoming motor competitions.

Brian is married to his wife Cortney and they have a daughter and a son. Brian works for Gluckstadt Police Department and is a sergeant there. Aside from his responsibilities for the City of Gluckstadt, Brian enjoys being with his family and friends, fishing, hunting, gardening, and cooking what he considers “not hot” crawfish for his family and friends.
