Marshmallow is a miniature Gypsy cob. He is 5 years old and around 10.2hh- he’s quite small!

Fun fact - his real name is Trevor!

He is fantastic at jumping and loves to go swimming. He’s such a great kids ponies and everyone who meets him, falls in love with him. I have owned him nearly 12 months!

How gorgeous are these fleeces from Unique Kids

🦄🚜🦄 I first discovered these when I was a friend bought the girls one for their birthday a couple of years ago. They wash brilliantly, and look lovely and are so practical. In the past the girls have worn theirs for around the farm, camping, riding, playing, all sorts! Can highly recommend 💞

🌸Meet and greet our gorgeous ponies, unicorns and Pegasus.
🌸Decorate the beautiful Unicorns with a huge variety of ribbons, bows and flowers!
🌸Saddle on up’ and follow our Easter trial for a mini egg hunt, with Easter surprises to collect.
🌸Baby Chick handling and petting session

How to book: If you would like to attend, please message with number of children, ages.

🐣Cost: £56 per child.
🐣 Price includes up to 2 adults per child
🐣Additional adults £5
🐣Children must be accompanied by an Adult.
🐣Riding hats are provided, but please wear suitable footwear (boots/wellies)
🐣This event is suitable for children aged 2-10.
🐣If your child has any allergies, please let us know.

🎀 First pony for sale 🎀

🦄🦄True Unicorn 🦄🦄
Belle is an 11.2 , 12yr old Bay Mare.
She really is the most gorgeous pony she is an absolute dream. She has 3 steady paces ideal to teach the little ones and get them of the lead. She’s taken her current tiny jockey from being nervous on the lead rein to being miss independent off the lead.
She really has done it all
Pony club rallies and games,Pony club camp, Riding club camps, Working hunter shows,Lead rein showing, hacked out in heavy traffic.
She’s also a bit of a celebrity and recently been on bbc escape to the country on the strictly come dancing series 🎥 and had all the camera crew all around her etc. She has also hunted. There is not much this girl hasent done.
So if you are looking for a true unicorn here she is 🦄🤩❤️

Ruby and Honey are lucky girls 💞 They have been chosen to be brand ambassadors for 🌈 the girls have been wearing these funky socks since their auntie bought them their first pair 4 years ago, and they have been mad on them since! We have at least 8 pairs 🧦🦄
They have worn them for sock day at school, birthday parties, Christmas, Easter, fancy dress, and to jazz up their outfits if it’s looking a bit plain! (They also keep their legs nice and warm over their jodhpurs at the moment!) ❄️

How much does it cost to buy a pony and how much does it cost to keep a pony?
A huge question, literally how long is a piece of string!
So, buying a pony is a big commitment. 365 days a year of looking after them.
🎀How much to buy a pony? 🎀
They can vary! A pony with no cv, no breeding, or a pony that has quirks (ie bucking/bolting/rearing) are usually cheaper. A pony that has done lots, won lots, a proven child’s pony, they can go for quite a lot! From experience, and the way the market is at the moment, I would say anything less than 3k either has quirks, or may not be a proven child’s pony. Sometimes you can get lucky though!
🎠What do they cost to keep? 🎠
All your money 😂 they are probably one of the most expensive animals to keep, but the most rewarding!
Breakdown:
Livery - if you are keeping a pony on livery, then this means you are paying to keep it on someone else’s stables. Services are provided.
🧹DIY - You can keep your pony on a diy livery, so this would be doing all the jobs yourself and you would need to go twice a day. I’m not 100% on prices, but just for the stable and field use it’s around £35 a week. Then you have to buy the hay, bedding, feed, arena hire. The total would probably be around £65 a week.
🧹Part livery - this service provides the stable and field use, and someone to turnout your pony/bring in. Usually providing hay/bedding. You would usually have to go once a day to do the mucking out. This would cost around £100 a week.
🧹Full livery - all your jobs are done for you, hay and bedding provided but not feed. This is usually around £140-180 per week.
💰 these are approximate costs so@may vary on area, yard etc 💰
On top of your livery you need:
🖤Farrier - approx every 6 weeks.
£30 -£100 depending on shoes/trims
🥕 Feed - a bag of feed costs on average £20-50. This can last from as little to a week to a month.
📝Insurance- around £40 - 120 a month Depending on what they will be doing. The more they do, the more 💰
Vet fees, lessons, saddles, tack, shows, dentist, physios, saddle fitters, are all extras too!

This year we will be selling one or two of our super ponies! We haven’t quite decided who just yet, but each year we usually sell one!
All our ponies are obviously used to lots of children, lots going on etc etc.
The most important thing to me when selling them is that they end up in the right hands and find a perfect,loving home.
Full history will be available for the potential buyer on the pony, any quirks (if any!) disclosed, and all the necessary information to ensure it’s the perfect match 🌼

Most of my ponies are purchased directly from the breeder and I train them on the ground myself to make sure they are as safe as possible. If I have bought a pony that has done a little more, It’s been through a friend! Last year however, I decided to go against the norm and unfortunately I was told lies about a pony, and it was completely mis-sold to me. I did eventually get my money back, and I was lucky my girls were not hurt and we spotted the warning signs first.

When buying a pony you have to be so so careful as there are far too many people out there who would happily, and knowingly, sell a child an unsafe pony!

You’re probably wondering why I am selling?
The main reason is, I have too many of the same type of pony. Obviously when I advertise the pony, more information will be available.
So if you are thinking of buying a pony this year, we may have what you are looking for, but if not:
▫️check out who you are buying from! ▫️how long have they had the pony,
▫️if possible find out the history of the pony (vet history, previous owners, where the pony has been stabled)
▫️research as much as possible.

You will be surprised how low some people are when selling a pony to a child. And that’s why mine all come from the breeder - a complete blank canvas 🤍

🎄Exciting news 🎄
We are going to be on TV!
A few weeks ago we were lucky enough to take part in some filming for a celebrity special on The episode features two contestants from come dancing, Janette and Aljaž 💃

So for those who have been asking or are interested in watching, we will be on BBC1 on the 27th December at 6.45pm 🥰

We booked with TUI and I can’t fault them. The flight out was great, loads of entertainment! They provided the taster day, but I also booked excursions before hand through independent companies due to reviews! The huskies was amazing - we got to drive our own team of dogs! They are so so fast! We were wrapped up but at the top in an open space it was freezing 🥶
We also did a sunrise Reindeer sleigh ride, which was equally as good but for different reasons. The reindeers are just magical. We also did something called an elf adventure where you “cut down” your own Christmas tree, and help the elves decorate it. The girls had a go on mini skidoos too and decorated biscuits with Mrs Claus.
The search for Santa day was brilliant! So much to do and see and not busy. If anyone is thinking of going, I would highly recommend 💫

Just returned from the most magical trip 🎅🏻 We took the girls to a beautiful remote place called saariselkä. Can honestly say it’s the most naturally beautiful place I have ever been. More pics and videos to follow ❄️
