We are sorry however the circumstances wound up not working out and this is the best decision for everyone involved. We are opening officially this week. This wens is for a soft open with friends and family then after that we are booking for the rest of the week and every week after. The schedule will be wens to Saturday with seatings at 5/6.45 and 8.30. There are only 18 seats available at a time and diners have one hour and forty five minutes to completely to have their experience. The last seating however can stay as late as they want. We are seating 5/ 6.45 / and 8.30 wens to Saturday. This upcoming Wednesday we are full and only doing one turn. This first week to get warmed up we are doing two turns then next week we are doing all three turns wens to Saturday as well as every week from then on. This is a new restaurant opening by and in collaboration with the The Grasta Family. It will be located in brockport New York and will be an 18 seat live fire oyster bar with a small rotating hyper seasonal menu focused on local vegetables and seafood with high quality proteins off the grill as well. We will serve wine and beer as well as a few select tequilas and bourbons. We will be opening soon and are putting together a reservation list. This experience will be based off of seating times.

Due to recent passing of my grandfather, we will be postponing the steam bun kit pick up along with our open hours to November 21st to attend his service. Thank you to everyone who has already ordered we appreciate your understanding. We will also be keeping our pre-order link up for a little longer so that anyone that hasn’t gotten the chance to yet can grab themselves a kit as well.

A man is measured by the amount of hearts he touches and the greatness he inspires in men my grandfather Isaiah Lilly Anderson survives in the hearts and minds of many a man and may history never forget his name and his mark left on the world. He molded me under his watchful eye from an infant. I remember the 90”s when I was born and most of my memories were made in my Grandparents home. My grandfather was always an omnipresent patriarch and his door always open that home will always be home to me. Loving stern understanding humble clever and wise just. A few words to describe my grandfather. He always imparted wisdom in me and used to tell me things like “empty wagons make the most noise” and imparted invaluable traits into me such as discernment,hard work, compassion, discipline, perseverance, and perspective. His words were often few but of great gravity. Thank you Pop pop for everything you taught me how to walk and how to fish in so many different ways that I can always thrive in this life. I became who am in my grandparents house and I love you Pop pop and I thank you for all you have done. Rest in Heaven. Love -Lenny

Hello everyone and Happy holidays we are going to be doing steam buns this month for pickup on the 14th from 10am-2pm. Room 148 next to and and .o.pasta. This month on top of our OG smoked pork shoulder buns we are also doing a collaboration with and selling whole smoked farm raised Duck kits. Each duck kit comes with 20 buns a whole duck plenty of pickles and char su glaze and can easily feed about six people.thank you for all your support Rochester we are very thankful to get to do this and are very excited to offer this holiday delicacy. Pre orders are up in the store right now duck kits are 60 bucks and pork kits are usual price.
