Here's a fun idea: Table Time Capsules ⏳💌

As with ANY wedding idea, these are simply suggestions. Make it your own!

1) Use an empty bottle (wine, beer, champagne, etc.) with a custom label (you can do it yourself) for your guest table numbering.

2) Place a pad of paper, pens/pencils, and a cork at each table.

3) Have your DJ/MC announce the instructions when your guests are seated.

4) Instructions:
a) Everyone at the table write a sweet note to the newlyweds.
b) Fold the note and place inside the bottle.
c) Once the final note is inserted, use the cork to close up the bottle.

5) The bride and groom will collect the bottles and display them in their home.

6) The table numbers on the bottles represent a number of years.

7) On each wedding anniversary (or each month after the wedding, etc.), the newlyweds will open a "time capsule" bottle and read the notes.

This idea is sure to get a lot of "Awwww"s from your guests. Plus, opening these mini-time capsules will be a lot of fun. 💗

Congratulations to the newlyweds, David and Marcy!

It was a beautiful wedding at a beautiful venue. Plenty of smiles from the 400 friends and family there to celebrate the nuptials and after party.

It was absolutely "all hands on deck" to pull this one off and it went without a hitch. Great job everyone, it was a big success!

Romantic Movie Quote: "As you wish"

This is a very famous quote from the cult classic romantic/comedy/action film "Princess Bride" from 1987.

In the beginning of the movie, farm boy Wesley, played by Cary Elwes, is in love with Princess Buttercup, played by Robin Wright. Being of a lower class, Wesley answers the Princess softly each time with, "As you wish."

We learn from the storytelling grandfather (played by Peter Falk) that what Wesley means each time he says, "As you wish," is "I love you."

Romantic quotes displayed around the wedding reception area can be a nice touch – especially quotes that mean something to the two of you.

Here are some of our all-time favorite songs to play during a wedding cocktail hour.

Cocktail hour is not the time to pack the dance floor and it's definitely not the time for the volume to be way up. The cocktail hour is the time to create a wedding vibe. Guests are catching up, talking about how beautiful the ceremony was, and how much they are looking forward to the dancing later while enjoying some delicious appetizers.

The volume needs to be at a level where your guests can hear each other while also feeling the vibe of the music. As far as song choices go, it's a good idea to mix it up a bit.

Of course, there are thousands of great vibe-songs you can choose. The purpose of this list is to give you some ideas with songs you may not have thought of or may never heard before.
