“The best decision we ever made was hiring Meaghan and Maria! They traveled to DC for the wedding and they went above and beyond to make my daughter’s wedding day the best day of her life. From the second they arrived in the morning they took over and we worried about nothing. They dealt with everything from making sure we ate, to coordinating the vendors and the family photos for a huge group and creating and monitoring the wedding day timeline to the minute. They also made sure that all our guests knew where they needed to be for transportation to and from the church and the venue and provided umbrellas to those who needed them as the weather was very stormy. I am so grateful to Meaghan and Maria for helping to make my daughter’s dreams come true. They are consummate professionals and they truly care that everything goes perfectly. The entire day was perfection from start to finish and It could not have happened without them!”

“Bustle NY was amazing to work with! Meaghan and Maria went above and beyond for us. From meetings and advice before the wedding, sending timelines and contact details to all the vendors, and the day of making sure everything went smoothly even in the pouring rain. On the day of our wedding, Meaghan and Maria arrived prepared. They ensured all vendors knew where to be and when, and troubleshooted any problems that arose. They worked with the photographer and videographers for detail shots, helped with my veil, and made sure we stayed on schedule for our departure and church mass. They helped set up our venue to make our vision come to life, and even put ponchos on to greets our guests and make sure they knew where to go. Throughout the reception, they worked with the band, venue coordinators, chefs and photographers and videographers to adjust and follow the schedule that worked for everyone. Towards the end of the night, they packed up our decorations so we wouldn’t have to worry about it. No detail was left untouched and I was at ease all day knowing Meaghan and Maria were executing our plans perfectly and seamlessly! I would 10000% recommend hiring Bustle NY! “Hiring Meaghan as our day-of coordinator was by far the smartest decision we made during our wedding planning process! From our very first introduction call, Meaghan was an engaged and knowledgeable partner that we felt so fortunate to have by our sides. Just four months prior to our wedding date, we found out our “easy” full-service wedding venue, which was new construction, would not be ready to open in time to host our wedding. With hopes of keeping our original wedding date and our other vendor contracts in place, we quickly scrambled to figure out a new plan. Pivoting in a totally new direction to an outdoor DIY build-out event, Meaghan was excited, supportive, and up for the new challenge! On the wedding day itself, Meaghan was the true unsung hero of the entire event. She seamlessly kept everything on schedule and always made sure our vendors were working as a collaborative team. When we woke up to a very rainy morning, Meaghan creatively worked out alternative setup plans with our vendors to make sure we still had the magical day we always envisioned. Most importantly, Meaghan’s humor and calm demeanor kept our minds at ease and really helped us stay present in order to fully enjoy our wedding day without getting caught up in the details. "I cannot stop raving to our friends and family about Meaghan as our Day-Of Coordinator! I was lucky enough to work with Meghan and met her only five days before my wedding, Only five days! I was definitely a little nervous at first but I am so, so grateful to Meaghan because she made my and my husband's lives so much easier leading up to the wedding and being the "go-to" person for vendors to reach out to and organizing everyone the week of the wedding. She took all of our stress away. I am a very organized and detail-oriented person, and Meaghan was thinking big picture, but also the small, minute details on the day that, not one single person thought or or prepared for. "The first thing I want to say is that everyone who made this bridal shower perfect and absolutely amazing were incredible. Bustle NY and Balloons by Lou were professional, helpful, and just an outstanding group. They took the vision in my head and made it come to life. Every single person who walked in the venue was in awe. All they asked was who did it because it was absolutely amazing. “My brother and sister-in-law got married last year, when I tell you that Maria was amazing, it doesn’t do her justice and is an understatement. She went above and beyond any of our expectations. She made sure the entire bridal party was looked after and was so attentive to everyone’s needs including the parents of the groom, bride and guests. I was tasked with hosting a luncheon for the first time ever and had no experience with event planning. I called Maria because I didn’t even know where to start. She sat down with me and took the time to explain every detail about how to host a successful event. We discussed everything from raffles to invites, and how to set realistic weekly deadlines. Without her help, I don’t think the event would have even happened the way it did. It ended up being a huge success and everyone who attended had an amazing time. Truly grateful for Maria’s help - she’s a pro!

Maria comes from a big family, where she has inherently taken on the role of planner and organizer. She believes “it is all in the details” when it comes to events of any size, and there is no such thing as planning anything too far in advance. Her favorite event she planned was her very own 30th birthday. Maria is a Bravo fanatic, loves the beach, and enjoys spending time with friends and family.

Meaghan planned every detail of her wedding and even made the floral centerpieces in her hotel suite the day before. She is a calming force in stressful situations and is very detail oriented. Meaghan is very creative, loves to cook, and enjoys spending time with her family.
