We are deeply saddened to announce today that one of the PUZZLE DAZZLE Wedding and Events Coordination - OWNER , Kim Erick Chavez, a father & a good provider to his family is now in the hand of our almighty God after his sudden death yesterday.

Last Sunday, was supposed to be his first Father's Day celebration since her wife just gave birth to their firstborn child but he weren't able to make it because he got stroke in the middle of his work while coordinating a wedding.

We are humbly asking for your prayers that we may have all the strength to overcome this very painful situation and a generous donations to help the bereaved family financially to sustain all the burial services and the hospital bills. We understand that we are still in the middle of this pandemic and that we are all struggling at the moment but any amount will do. Monetary or in-kind donation is very much appreciated.

To those who want to visit his wake, it is located infront of City Hardware, Dao.
Please do not forget to wear you facemask, & social distancing will be strictly implemented in accordance with policies & rules.
