So honored to have Q Bakehouse & Market at tomorrow’s Night Market at Eastern Market Partnership! 🤗

We’re going to be at .asian.bites Night Market Three TOMORROW 5/16 at Shed 5 from 5-10pm. Night markets are an integral part of Taiwanese nightlife and culture and I’m so excited that Little Asian Bites is bringing that to Detroit. BG and I will be there with our most popular items: chili crisp scones, pineapple buns, hot dog flower buns, brown butter miso cookies, and mochi bites! Calling all sports fans! Let’s make the week of Night Market Three one to really remember! How do we do that? By presenting all of you with another event to enjoy, of course! Join Little Asian Bites for a night of fun on Monday May 13 at Comerica Park to watch the Detroit Tigers take on the Miami Marlins!

We are kicking the 2024 Night Market season off with a bang! After months of light hibernation and heavy planning, Little Asian Bites is proud to present the third Night Market at Eastern Market Partnership Shed 5 happening on May 16 from 5 pm to 10 pm! Come and celebrate AAPI Heritage Month with us in style!

And you read those times right - PMs as far as the eye can see, baby! Even though, like we always say, night markets are not about a time of day, but rather about an intersection of community, culture, and connection, we thought everyone would enjoy an actual evening event this go around! It promises to be a whole different experience, but with so many of the same elements you already know and love from our previous night markets and a ton of new and special elements added in! We are excited to share more about the event in the weeks leading up to it, so make sure to follow along!

To kick us off though, a HUGE thank you to our three (!!!) Night Market Three sponsors - Rising Voices, Yelp Detroit, and Mammoth Party! We are endlessly grateful for their support and belief in our work! They will all have booths at the event for you to learn more about these incredible organizations and perhaps pick up some pretty neat swag as well!

So much more to come, but for now it’s so good to be back and we here at Little Asian Bites simply can’t wait to see you all and bask in the wonderful community once again! In the meantime, you know the drill! Share this event with your communities far and wide and we hope to see you all there!

Mad props to Little Asian Bites for hosting this Night Market at Eastern Market as an ode to the various night markets around Asia. As someone who has fallen in love and enjoys the energy of these markets from Thailand and Malaysia to Taiwan and Korea, it’s such a joy to have that recreated right here in Detroit. I was there at 11 a.m. for about an hour, and it was already packed which actually made me really happy to see.

This was the second night market that she has hosted and it included a collection of some of my favorite and new favorite eats around the Metro Detroit area including pork banh mi from Flowers of Vietnam, salmon onigiri from Umai Cafe, Tiger Sugar, and tandoori tacos from Paradise Street Eats.
