🎀 Where are you located?
: Manila, Tondo Manila. However, we also ship nationwide but this can only be applicable for those with early reservations to allot time for the shipment process.

🎀 Do you require assurance fees?
: FOR NON-COSPLAYERS, YES. They are required to send an assurance fee which will be returned right after the costume is returned.
: FOR COSPLAYERS, NO.
: EITHER non-cosplayers or cosplayers will be required to send 1 photo of their ID and 1 selfie with the ID they have provided. This is for verification purposes.

🎀 Mode of Payment?
: GCASH or COD
: COD can only apply to renters who will use Lalamove as the shipment courier.

🎀 Mode of Delivery?
: For renters within Manila or nearby the city, we STRICTLY use lalamove.
: For renters that are not able to use lalamove due to far distance, we only use gogoxpress to ship out. For shipbacks, the renter may use gogoxpress or any other courier they wish to use.
: And NO, we DO NOT have a physical shop. Therefore, walk-in clients are not allowed.

🎀 What are the sizes you have?
: The sizes of each costume can be found in the main post of the list of characters.
: Most of the costumes we cater are XS to M. However, we still do have costumes that are for size L-XL. Please refer to what is stated.

🎀 How many days can we rent the costume/s,
: Maximum of 3 days. However, if the renter wishes for another additional day, a fee of ₱100 is required. Every delay of return will be compensated with ₱100 as well.
Timeline:
Day 1 - Ship out day
Day 2- Event day
Day 3- Return day

♡ TERMS & CONDITIONS / NOTES FOR
RENTERS ♡
✿ FIRST TO PAY BASIS
✿ No releasing of items before payment UNLESS COD
✿ The Shipment of costumes back and forth is paid by the rentee.
✿ An Additional ₱100 per day will be charged for every delay in return.
✿ Any damage or stain produced by the rentee shall be paid as well.
✿ Too much wig tangles or frizzes will be charged.
✿ Any lost item will be paid for or replaced, unless found.
✿ Any loss of bag/s or packaging/s shall be paid.
✿ We require a photo of your valid ID when renting (Student's ID is applicable).
✿ Please DO NOT laundry costume without cosent or better, don't.
✿ NO refund for cancellations. We exert time and effort in reserving and preparing the costume/s for you.
✿ We Require a fee of ₱100 if the renter cancels reservation after one week or more of its reservation.
✿ Rush requesting of deliveries for renting will require additional +₱100
