We offer a selection of traditional tapas as well as a choice of fusion tapas dishes. Try our tasty tempura calamari with homemade alioli, pan fried chorizo in a red wine reduction, Padrón peppers with sea salt or our delicious meatballs in a rich tomato sauce topped with fresh basil.

A 'Paella Party' in Puerto Pollensa! Today we catered for a party of 15 guests celebrating an 80th birthday. To start we served our sharing platters with a selection of tasty bites including garlic mushrooms with pistachio pesto crumb, balsamic roasted tomatoes and baba ganoush. We cooked two paellas, a meat paella with chicken, pork and chorizo and a seafood paella with prawns, mussels, squid and sea bass. For dessert we served our refreshing chilled lemon creams topped with fruit coulis and fresh raspberries.

Enjoy a buffet style continental breakfast in the garden of your home or holiday villa offering a selection of croissants, pastries, bagels and breads and a choice of cold meats, cheeses, smoked salmon and avocado. We can also offer a fresh fruit platter served with granola, cereals, yoghurts, dried fruit and nuts, honey and fruit preserves and a selection of fruit juices. In addition we can prepare a selection of cooked breakfast dishes such as 'Eggs Benedict', chorizo hash with eggs or our spicy Mexican beans served with fried egg, avocado and lime.

Last night's client and her colleagues enjoyed our 5 course 'Tapas Feast'. A menu we created with a selection of our customer's favourite dishes from previous years, full of fantastic flavours.

Yesterday we cooked a selection of our traditional and fusion tapas for a family celebrating a 50th Birthday. We prepared Asian spiced hummus with dates, served with pitta bread and cucumber sticks, our delicious tempura calamari with homemade alioli and pork fillet, mushrooms and prunes in a creamy sherry and mustard sauce. As a special request we baked a classic Victoria sponge cake for the occasion and served our fruity sangria.
