A wedding party in Cala San Vicente! Yesterday we prepared a selection of canapés for a relaxed gathering of guests celebrating at a fabulous mountainside property. We served crostini topped with tuna Provençal pâté, crostini with balsamic roasted tomato and pesto crumb and chicken skewers marinaded in 'Ras-el-Hanout' with date and red pepper. Later we prepared a choice of salads to accompany our client's barbecued meat. We prepared 'Sa Pobla' potato and sun-dried tomato salads, tomato and mozzarella salads with pistachio pesto crumb, rocket and a balsamic dressing. For dessert we baked our delicious chocolate brownies.
