A wedding party in Cala San Vicente! Yesterday we prepared a selection of canapés for a relaxed gathering of guests celebrating at a fabulous mountainside property. We served crostini topped with tuna Provençal pâté, crostini with balsamic roasted tomato and pesto crumb and chicken skewers marinaded in 'Ras-el-Hanout' with date and red pepper. Later we prepared a choice of salads to accompany our client's barbecued meat. We prepared ​'Sa Pobla' potato and sun-dried tomato salads, tomato and mozzarella salads with pistachio pesto crumb, rocket and a balsamic dressing. For dessert we baked our delicious chocolate brownies.

We love to cater for a party or special occasion. Yesterday we cooked for a family celebrating two birthdays at their holiday villa in Puerto Pollensa. To start we served our sharing platter followed by a mixed paella with chicken, pork, mussels and prawns. For dessert we baked a birthday carrot cake with cream cheese icing. To accompany the meal we served our fruity, homemade sangria.

Yesterday we catered for 25 guests enjoying a garden party in Crestatx. Our client requested a selection of canapés and skewers full of international flavours. We served teriyaki beef skewers and Moroccan 'Ras-el-Hanout' chicken skewers. We prepared tempura prawns drizzled with sweet chili sauce served on baby gem lettuce, cucumber topped with Asian spiced hummus, dates and fresh coriander and caramelised onion and mushroom tartlets topped with pistachio pesto crumb and grated Parmesan cheese. Alongside the canapés we served our sharing platters and rustic bread.

We had a great evening yesterday cooking at one of our favourite Balearic Villas properties, the stunning 'Mansion Bahia'. Our client and his family were celebrating a birthday and opted for our 'Paella Party'menu. We served sharing platter starters followed by a seafood paella with merluza, squid, mussels and prawns. For dessert we served ​Summer fruit salads with rosewater syrup topped with crushed pistachios.

A poolside 'Tapas Feast' in Pollenca! Last night's clients enjoyed our 5 course menu served in the garden of their beautiful holiday villa. The favourite dish of the evening was our delicious fish goujons in sesame seed breadcrumbs served on shredded spinach with soy and sweet chilli sauce and topped with spring onion and fresh coriander.

A birthday celebration in Puerto Pollensa! Yesterday's clients enjoyed a selection of canapés and our fruity homemade sangria served in the garden of their fabulous holiday villa. We prepared smoked salmon, cream cheese and horseradish tartlets topped with fresh dill, tempura calamari with alioli served on baby gem lettuce and 'Ras-el-Hanout' chicken skewers with red pepper and dates. Later everyone enjoyed a 3 course 'Dinner Party' menu and at the end of the evening we served a chocolate birthday cake for the occasion.

We offer a selection of traditional tapas as well as a choice of fusion tapas dishes. Try our tasty tempura calamari with homemade alioli, pan fried chorizo in a red wine reduction, Padrón peppers with sea salt or our delicious meatballs in a rich tomato sauce topped with fresh basil.

The extremely hot and hazy weather on Wednesday didn't spoil our August client's final evening meal. We served a selection of crostini followed by our prawn skewers served with alioli. For the main we cooked pork fillet wrapped in serrano ham with 'Pedro Ximinez' sherry sauce, served with sautéed shredded cabbage and dauphinoise potatoes. Our delicious warm apple, walnut and cinnamon cake served with vanilla ice-cream was the perfect dessert.

Yesterday's clients enjoyed a selection of dishes from our 'Al-Fresco' menu. To start we served our sharing platter followed by prawn skewers with a garlic, lemon and smoked paprika marinade and a green salad. We cooked our delicious warm Mahon cheese, bacon, caramelised onion and tomato tart and served crispy fish goujons with homemade tartar sauce and chips. For dessert we served ​chocolate brownies with vanilla ice-cream.

An evening of tapas and a birthday celebration! Yesterday we served a selection of our traditional and fusion tapas dishes to a family staying in a beautiful villa in Puerto Pollensa. We cooked pork fillet, mushrooms and prunes in a creamy sherry and mustard sauce and fish goujons in sesame seed breadcrumbs served on shredded spinach with soy and sweet chilli sauce. Alongside tempura calamari, patatas bravas, garlic prawns and pan fried chorizo in a red wine reduction we prepared a vegan dish, oven roasted spicy jerk cauliflower served with stir-fried mixed peppers and lime wedges.
