A 70th Birthday paella party in Pollenca! We had a great evening yesterday cooking for a family celebrating their special occasion. We served our sharing platter starter followed by a mixed meat and seafood paella and served our delicious apple, walnut and cinnamon cake for dessert. We also prepared a cheese board and as a special request baked a birthday carrot cake with cream cheese icing for the occasion.

We've had a fantastic week cooking at a fabulous property www.canbregat.com For our client and her friend's final evening meal before they return to the United States, we prepared a meal full of Mediterranean flavours. We served tomato and mozzarella salads with pistachio pesto crumb, rocket and a balsamic dressing followed by chicken breast wrapped in serrano ham, stuffed with sun-dried tomato and Emmental cheese, served with wilted spinach, 'Hassleback' potatoes, roasted vine tomatoes and pesto salsa. For dessert we served a favourite of the week, our delicious chocolate prosecco truffle cups.

Yesterday we prepared and served a selection of dishes from our 'Al-Fresco' menu including a warm Mahon cheese, bacon and caramelised onion tart, teriyaki beef skewers, prawn skewers with a garlic, lemon and smoked paprika marinade and oven roasted vegetables.

Yesterday our client and her friends enjoyed a sharing platter starter followed by a seafood paella with merluza, squid, mussels and prawns cooked in the garden of their holiday villa. For dessert we served our chilled lemon creams topped with fruit coulis and fresh raspberries.

This week we are cooking for a group of friends staying in a beautiful property in Pollenca. For our client's first evening meal we prepared our warm goat's cheese and caramelised onion tart served with blueberry jelly followed by oven roasted Sea Bass with garlic, lemon and parsley, served with 'Sa Pobla' potatoes and vegetables. For dessert we baked our delicious apple, walnut and cinnamon cake served with vanilla ice-cream.

Yesterday's clients enjoyed a 3 course 'Dinner Party' menu. To start we served an amuse-bouche, crostini topped with melted goat's cheese, blueberry jelly and walnuts followed by our delicious salmon, sweet potato, lime and coriander fish cakes, served with sweet chilli sauce. For the main we cooked a new dish on this year's menu, slow cooked Spanish pork, chorizo and white beans, served with roast 'Sa Pobla' potatoes and seasonal vegetables. Our popular chilled lemon creams were the dessert of choice.

A 70th Birthday celebration in Puerto Pollensa! Yesterday's client opted for one of our 'Dinner Party' menus. To start we served our warm goat's cheese and caramelised onion tart, served with blueberry jelly followed by oven roasted whole Sea Bass with garlic, lemon and parsley, served with roasted 'Sa Pobla' potatoes and seasonal vegetables. For dessert everyone enjoyed our delicious chocolate prosecco truffle cups topped with whipped cream and crushed pistachios followed by a cheese board. A beautiful garden setting for a Birthday BBQ in Crestatx. Yesterday we served a selection of dips and crudités followed by honey and mustard chicken skewers, homemade burgers and a selection of Mallorcan and traditional pork sausages. To accompany the meat we prepared a ​'Sa Pobla' potato salad with sun-dried tomatoes, a tomato and mozzarella salad with pesto crumb, rocket and a balsamic dressing and roasted sweet potato wedges. For dessert we served a fresh fruit platter and our refreshing chilled lemon creams.
