Turned Shangri-la’s Ocean Terraces into a true tropical escape for this ceremony. With the venue as a blank slate, we brought in palm trees, rich greenery, and vibrant florals to create a natural yet refined setting—effortless, organic, and perfectly in tune with the surroundings. Every element was placed with intention, ensuring the stunning seascape was still in view for everyone to see. As for the receptions. We transformed the space with hundreds of buri blinds cascading from the ceiling, vibrant blooms in intense hues, and natural elements of bamboo and wood. To complete the sensory experience, the sweet scent of lemon sencha filled the air, making every moment even more magical. One more standout detail was the Vespa at the photo wall for a touch of personality and charm. It was a celebration that engaged all the senses in the most unforgettable way! Congrats Jasmine and Edward!!

Transforming the NUSTAR ballroom into a stunning space was no easy feat due to its low ceiling, but we worked with what we have. To create a sense of fullness and grandeur, we focused on the floor design — incorporating lush landscape arrangements, statement chairs, and custom tables. We also used tall and high table centerpieces to draw the eyes upward, ensuring every corner felt rich and visually complete. The result? A beautifully layered setup that defied limitations and delivered elegance from every angle. From the Wedding of JM & Dharyl!

It’s been a while since we styled proposals, so this was a first in a long time. It was made even more meaningful because it was for my dear friend and fellow wedding supplier. I’ve witnessed their beautiful love story as they’ve been together for so long, and they’ve always been so supportive of me. That’s why I was beyond excited and emotional when I found out he was finally going to propose! I wish them nothing but love and joy. ♥️

Reflecting on 2024 , I’m filled with gratitude for the diverse and amazing events we’ve had the privilege to style. Each occasion allowed us to present unique designs, and I’m excited to continue this journey, striving to bring fresh and innovative concepts to life. A heartfelt thank you to all our clients for their unwavering trust, to the coordinators, and to our fellow suppliers who collaborated with us. Huge thanks as well to my Work of Hans family whose work dedication is nothing short of admirable. They overcome challenges like rain, lack of sleep, or the scorching heat to turn our clients’ dreams to reality. Above all, glory to the Lord, from whom all blessings flow—this is all for Him.
As we step into 2025, we are more inspired than ever to achieve greater milestones, create even more stunning designs, and exceed expectations. Styled another enchanting garden setup for a 16th birthday at Shangri-La Mactan! With the lower ceiling, the challenge was to create a lush, full look that complemented the LED wall without overshadowing it. We replaced the existing ballroom caroet with a green one and incorporated twigs, bagoons , fairy lights, butterflies, and colorful blooms to bring the vision to life. The birthday girl’s mom @marieaveloso was so hands-on and a joy to work with—grateful for her trust and kindness toward me and my team! #workofhans #hansified

Wedding of James and Caitlin🤍
I am so grateful to Jpark Island Resort & Waterpark. Cebu and their staff for giving us ample time to set up. Our team had a strict deadline because the priority was the comfort of the guests. With the help of the amazing JPark team with Jehd Ombos & Frances Angeli and team Tcarcel Events Planning, we met the deadline in flying colors and the guests were able to enter the venue early. Huge thanks as well to the couple James & Caitlin and the parents for their trust in me.For this particular set-up, there was a special request to include a lot of chandeliers. To minimize the brightness, I worked with the incredible team behind Gapmobile Cebu to control the lighting to maintain a sophisticated atmosphere. I also want to highlight the wired organza cloth we handcrafted into a wave structure floating above to emulate clouds just like in the wedding invitation.
