A great day today at Barlows UK Ltd Family Fun Day! A little windy perhaps but that didn't stop us! A whole pod of dolphins, an ambush of tigers - including the rarer, rainbow variety - a whole host of flaming footballs, and everything besides!! I need to remember to get better at asking for photos, but a big thank you to my lovely models here!
Another day, another fair - and this one's for charity! Come along to the Barlows Family Fun Day for oodles of fun - and to raise money for a worthy cause! I'm told there's gonna be live music all day - you may find me bopping along! Barlows UK Ltd
All set up at the Nomansheath Summer Fete in celebration of their new play area! I had ordered a nice blue gazebo for the occasion but the Great A let me down on delivery so I've borrowed a gazebo and my Grandad's old windbreaker. Think it does the job!
Very excited for the fete tomorrow! Hoping for a great turnout to celebrate the new play area (and some sunny weather wouldn't go amiss!)

Playing around with a much-requested design today - a take on 's gorgeous puppy dog. I love designs that take up the whole face, and this one was great fun to do!
I've had some really nice comments about my new table from quite a few people. It's actually a DJ Hero table that I repurposed....and this is how. It's a slightly different type of painting than I'm used to, but I think the end result turned out pretty well for Malpas Summer Fayre last weekend!!
A fabulous day yesterday at Malpas Summer Fayre! Started at 12 and I think I blinked and it was 3pm!! A fun selection of choices (and a big thank you to my lovely models) including a special request for a Spider Unicorn - I'll give anything a go!!

Hoping to get this little surprise finished in time for Malpas Fair this weekend. It's not the kind of painting I'm used to, but I think it looks ok so far! Fingers crossed I can show you the end product at the Fair!! 🤞🤞🤞
Had a great weekend this weekend - two birthday parties and a lot of happy, smiling faces (mostly rainbow unicorns, of course!) Had a specific request for a snow leopard design which I think worked out very effectively - and even ended up improvising some hands to go with! Love getting requests like this! 🐆🐆
Guess where we're going to be on July 13th!! Can't wait to get out in the sun (fingers crossed) and paint some bright, fun faces!

Trying out a fun new technique today! Using both ends of our finger daubers, we can create beautiful bubbles! This inspired idea comes from Lori Perkins and we thinks it's fab!

Incredibly grateful for another amazing review. This party was great fun and had possibly the best bouncy castle I've ever seen! I also got the chance to debut my new Mermaid stencil - I think it works quite well, don't you?
I've got a Festival themed party coming up and have been asked for rainbows and flowers - think this fits the bill, right? I've seen various versions of this design about and I think it just screams Summer! Just missing the glitter - but my carpets can only take so much! 😂
Had a fab time yesterday painting a whole herd of Rainbow Unicorns (and a couple of Spidermen). The customer was kind enough to leave this very lovely review afterwards. So glad everyone had fun!
Got some themed birthday parties coming up in the next few weeks, so it's time for Practice Makes Perfect. Trying out some new techniques and new colours to see what looks best. Unicorns are always a favourite and it's great to get them looking unique.
Got inspired by St George's Day last week to try some more Dragon designs because, as we know, dragons can come in all different colours and sizes. Some breathe fire, some like ice, and others just enjoy the flowers of spring! Which is your favourite?
