The Apple Tree

The apple tree at the local market was quite famous. In fact, everyone in town knew about it. Everyone loved it because every morning people would pick the apples out of it and eat them while shopping.
But there was an apple seller who kept picking the apples and selling them. The thing is, he kept saying they were from a magical tree (which was obviously a lie.) Days passed, he kept getting more and more money because apples from a magical, mystical tree cost lots of money. The seller had used gold dye to make it easier to believe.
One little boy noticed him dying the apples, so he quickly ran home to tell his parents. Of course his parents didn’t believe him at first, but he hurried them to the place where the seller was dying. By he time they got there, the seller had already finished dying all the apples. The little boy was disappointed. He had to plan how to catch the seller.
The next morning the seller was trying to sell the apples when the boy had an idea. He told a policeman what he had seen and suggested him to buy an apple and scratch the paint off it to prove he was saying the truth. The policeman agreed, and when he’s seen the paint coming off, followed the man all afternoon and caught him picking more apples and painting them. He arrested the greedy seller, and the apple tree was again the delight of all the people in town.

Belinda the bunny

Belinda was a cute fluffy type of bunny that loved to jump around. All she wanted was a friend. Even if she was cute, nobody wanted her. After a few days of staying in the animal shelter, a little girl came up to her and said, “Mommy I want this one!” Ok said the mum and they happily adopted her. Belinda got used to her surroundings quite quickly. She hopped about happily inside her new cage. Even if none of her new family members were at home, she would be happy because she has got a new friend and a family. She knows that when Lilly comes back home, she has her for the rest of the day to play with.
One day Belinda was playing happily when she heard the door: Lilly was coming! Lilly took her bags and coat off quickly and went to meet her bunny. Belinda was trying to get out of her cage to meet her when Lilly came inside the room. She picked up Belinda and stroked her. After that, Lilly asked her” Are you ok?” Belinda happily nodded; Lilly knew it was a yes, so she carried on telling her what her plan was. That day at school, Lilly has learnt about bunnies, how they grow and have babies. When she heard about it, Lilly made some plans in her mind. Later that same day Lilly has been to the shelter and got a beautiful male bunny. She was excited to show Belinda her new friend, Brian. Lilly hoped to have beautiful soft baby bunnies by the end of the year.
Lilly’s birthday was in December and as a birthday present she got 5 tiny fluffy pompoms. They were the cutest bunnies in the whole wide world!!!!
