Please help. My friend is fostering to dogs. She has been trying to find them homes. The owner of the house won't let her keep them anymore. She has tried rescues and no one can take. She has one week before they will be put down because all the shelters in applevalley are full or kill shelters. I can drive and get them. They can be separated.
Back story
Boy and girl. Found them in the middle of Lake LA desert a few months ago starving, looked like they were dumped. I have spayed penny, copper is not neutered, both have shots, not sure about their past before me. Create trained, but can be reactive in creates. Good dogs, big cuddle bugs, would be good protectors, better with older kids, my kids are little and they act nervous around them. They can try to run if given the chance. Very playful, very loving, good dogs.

I just got off the phone with Santa's booking company. Both Santa Randy and Santa Allen will both be back for the 2024 holiday season.

As your children have visited with Santa before, I wanted to give you the first chance to book your date, time and Santa for your choice. As previous clients you will also receive 3 extra images if you book your Santa visit before Aug 1st.

I have an all new backdrop for Santa to sit in front. Think vintage chalkboard with holiday decor (photo of chalkboard is not the actual one but will look very close to it).

We will also have crafts, hot coco, moving reindeer and a snow machine.

This is the hardest photo I've had to take all year! I needed a good photo of all of my doggies to add on our holiday cards.
To get all 4 of my doggies looking at the camera was next to impossible. Getting this shot was caught in a split second with a high shutter speed. I can't tell you how many takes it took to get this. My son Konnor says they look like they are in a line up to go to jail. All their little faces are so sad. Don't feel to bad for them. They all got treats after this.

Last night I took our family photos for our Christmas cards. I have to take these photos in the summer because because once Sept hits my calendar will be filled with other families holiday photos and memories. Now I have to add my extended families holiday photos. This is because my oldest Kaleb is away at Pepperdine and running for the school doesn't know when he will be home.

I always get asked, "Do you take your own family photos every year?" Yeap, it's all me. I place the camera on a tripod, get the family all set in place, adjust the settings, put the camera on a timer and run into my spot.

The photo of my boys lifting Kyllian up is my favorite from the whole session and is now the screen saver on my phone.

This photo is taken at Story Trail in Rancho Santa Margarita, which is one of the locations for this year's mini session.

Picnic Beach Laguna Beach. Before this photoshoot I hadn't been to Picnic Beach since 1987. This was the beach I grew up going to as a child with my family. So many hours spent boogie boarding, playing in the sand and collecting sea shells (back than it was allowed). When I think back to my memories of the 80s, I don't see my life in vivid color but in muted and faded tones like the photos in our family album. Maybe subconsciously that's why I steer away from editing to vibrant. Maybe I want my photos to give the viewer a memory just slightly out of reach to the present.

Each look, prop, outfit, and detail has been carefully crafted from the Lover Era. The Taylor outfits, makeup and props will be provided. Just show up and encompass your inner Taylor Swift.

You will be doing 5 different looks/outfits during the session.

The era session will last about 15 minutes. I will have cards as references so you can nail that iconic Taylor pose as we take the photos!

Part 4:
Alice's Story
There is No Place Like Home.

God truly works in His own timing. Three months after Alice’s parents were told the other family was going to keep her were, they got an unexpected call. They were in line for Star Tours at Disneyland when the call came in. They were told the second family did not want to adopt Alice and she needed to find a new home as soon as possible. With just minutes to discuss if they would take and adopt Alice, they decided to make Alice part of their family.

Six days later Alice came home to a “No Place Like Home” Wizard of Oz theme party with lots of family and friends.

Alice is now starting college and her family cannot wait to see her imprint in the world. They know that she will excel in everything she wants to do.

I've included a photo of Alice's official adoption day. A number of photos of her of her from the orphanage and afterward before she joined family. There is also a photo of the beds in the orphanage where she slept and the porage she ate.

I always have a bunch of photoshoot ideas swirling in my mind. Each themed shoot I want to do will haunt me until I create it. With the 40th anniversary of ET upon us I just had to create an inspired phootshoot of the movie. One look at daughter Elise and you have the feeling you are in the presence of Gertie.....aka
The magic of this movie still stays with me to this day. I'm able to now share it with my own children.

Alice's Story: Part 2
Family #2

Alice's first family took her to the beach with a bunch of balloons. The family held a group of balloons and handed her a single balloon.. when they all released their balloons Alice flew alone, while theirs stayed together. They explained to Alice that she was like the balloon and would be flying away to a new family.
Alice was sent to a new family, however, this was not to be Alice’s happy ending either.

The second family decided they did not want to keep her either.

Enter Alice's mother of today
At a wedding shower, Cherish was sharing her desire to adopt. A woman said she knew of the perfect little girl that needed to be adopted.

Cherish and her husband wanted to meet with Alice to see if she would be okay with them adopting her. The night before they were supposed to meet with Alice, the family that had Alice texted and told them they had changed their mind and were going to be keeping Alice.......

Alice's Story: Part 1
Alice was born in the capital city of the country of Kazakhstan, and soon after she was taken to an orphanage. After about two years a miracle happened, she was to be adopted. The family came to visit Alice in Kazakhstan twice and on the third trip they would take her with them to the United States. She finally had a mom and dad, and three older brothers. They seemed like the perfect family, but it was not what God had planned for Alice. After living with her adoptive family for about four years, they decided that Alice wasn’t going to be a part of their family anymore, and with a twisted ceremony releasing separate balloons as symbolism about moving on, they sent Alice to live with another family who wanted to adopt a child..........
