Thanksgiving as a banquet chef:
26 Turkey Breasts, 16 prime ribs, 200 lbs mashed potatoes, 200 lbs sweet potatoes, 300 servings of stuffing, 3 gallons of gravy, 12 apple pies, 8 blueberry pies, 2400 shrimp and so much more! I’m thankful for the wonderful team I get to work with to host these awesome events! Happy thanksgiving! 🍽
