Ulster Superbike Championship

Welcome to the all new Ulster Superbike Championship page, the new home of all things USBK! 🏁

Part of a new promotional campaign to improve the visibility of our championship going forward, our aim is to show off the speed and talent our series continues to produce!

We have already crowned our new Ulster Superbike Champion, with 21 year old Jonny Campbell, from Lisburn taking the spoils.

Looking ahead to this weekend’s Sunflower Trophy Races, the Supersport title is still up for grabs, with Christian Elkin trailing Korie McGreevy by a single point. We will post further updates regarding the Sunflower Trophy in the coming days. Let’s hope for a great weekend’s racing!

What a weekend we had at the Principal Insurance Masters Superbike Championship finale. There was plenty of close action across all of the classes, but none closer than the battle between Emmet O Grady and Derek Sheils racing #82 for the Eddie Reddy Trophy. Thanks to our official photographer Paddy McGrath for the photo and to the Reddy family and their friends for putting up the amazing €1,500 first prize.

Kevin Keyes is the 2024 Principal Insurance Masters Superbike Champion

The Daracore mounted R1 rider started race 2 from the 3rd row following an off yesterday and wasted no time in making his way through the field.

Having settled into 3rd position he was comfortably placed to watch the battle between winner Emmett O’Grady and 2nd place Derek Sheils unfold knowing 3rd was enough to secure the championship.

Just did the draw for the game! I'll be contacting the winner now!

This was my view during Round 6 of the USBK Championship with the live stream by Commentary Corner where it says 'Video Here' I sat during the whole day trying different layouts to see what would work best. This is what I hope one day can be shown live for all rounds of the championship until full coverage can be done. The scrolling images at the bottom are what I would view as sponsor logos so if anyone's interested in helping get this thing going contact us! I wanted to show this off as a sort of look at what could be for the future, I hope it leaves everyone feeling hopeful.

Thought I'd share this video of me recording the song I wrote a month or so ago that became the intro for 'The Racing Connection'

Proud to announce a new series called "The Racing Connection" hosted by myself, Redhead Motorsport. Our first guest is none other than Belfast's Rossi Dobson ! This will be a series of conversations on video call with the people involved in our sport to showcase what goes on behind the scenes or in a riders case behind the helmet. The aim of these videos is to create a more personal element to the sport, hearing from your favourite riders and other individuals involved in the sport. The full interview will be uploaded tomorrow (Monday 5th June) at 6pm to Redhead Motorsport TV (free to watch) and then YouTube on Friday 9th. Hope you enjoy! Cookstown 100 Orritor Circuit layout by King Of The Roads Here's a visual of the layout of the circuit where you'll be able to see bikes racing round country roads! Located in Cookstown, the Orritor Circuit is 2.1 Miles long and has been using this current location since 2000 with a few changes here and there such as moving the start/finish. I'll admit it's very rough but I'm working on different things to do, some might work, they might not😂 Music by Lights On The Horizon
