In the last workshop of half term, an enormous world was created out of LEGO by 10 Minecraft superfans! 😁
Thanks to everyone for coming!

(Although the Christmas workshops are already fully booked, I'm planning on an extra day of workshops between Christmas and New Year... stay tuned!)

The 3rd session of Friday's workshops saw the children become animators as they built in different themes to create their own stop motion animations using ! 😁📽🎬

A full day of workshops in Horsham's Carfax today!
In the first LEGO City / LEGO Friends session, the children created a town complete with houses, an abandoned mine, a military training centre and a bank robbery in progress! 😁

We had a great time on the bus last night for Halloween, welcoming lots of children on board to play 'Brick or Treat'! Visitors came on to meet the witch and open a door to find either a sweet or a pumpkin! 😁🎃

We had a spooktastic day on the bus today with 3 workshops - each child built a light-up jack-o-lantern pumpkin to take home, and created a trick-or-treat scene with lots of spooky minifigures! 👻💀

Happy 9th birthday to this fan! She'd been to a couple of parties over the last year, and for her Brick Bus party, she and her friends created Halloween trick or treat scenes where all the children were dressed as Minecraft mobs! 😄

Last week's after school clubs had fun creating a Lego scene of ancient Egypt, complete with pyramids, the river Nile and plenty of crocodiles and hippos! 😁

I was in school with brickloads of LEGO again last week, with the annual creation of 'Brickton Upon Table'! 😁

To link with Year 2's geography work, two classes created a whole town, with each child working on a different board, building either a physical or human part of the landscape. 🤩

Continuing the pirate theme, Wednesday and Thursday club both created a pirate ship with a hearty crew of pirate minifigures, complete with mast, sail, flag and sea creatures! 🏴‍☠️🌊

Ahoy me hearties! 🏴‍☠️ One of my favourite days of the year 😅
Last week, Captain Brickbeard went to school for pirate day in Year 1!

I run my pirate themed workshop, featuring brick building, treasure hunting and pirate art every year for 2 classes, to fit in with their pirate topic.

And then spend the rest of the academic year denying that it was me 😅
