Summer dinner despite the rain last night!! Cooking for another lovely group from America….. so glad the sun is back out today for them on their last day today. Enjoying using all the lovely edible flowers from my garden, which always brings me so much joy! Shall keep growing and getting my hands in the soil. Here’s the menu…..
Burrata, grilled nectarine, San Danielle with raddichio and nasturtium, basil and pistachio pesto
Hake, with confit pepper and artichoke, chickpea and tomato stew, saffron aioli
Lemon and orange posset, summer berries, lemon and cardamon shortbread.
