It's a rainy morning and what better way to start it. Start with a bowl of warm and delicious, nutritious banana oatmeal porridge. No refined sugar, no condensed milk. Sweetened with medjool dates and flavored with coconut milk, vanilla (pure, real)nutmeg and cinnamon. No immitation. Bound to keep you until lunchtime.

I love oatmeal but wanted something different for breakfast. Made bulgar porridge instead, one of my favorite. It's well loved in my home, not a regular so they go crazy when made and it's always enjoyed. Infused with spices cinnamon, nutmeg, vanilla and coconut evaporated milk. Sweetened with coconut condensed milk. It's filling and very energizing.
