What is going on my people. Sorry for the late post. Been busy doing a number of things. Started studying for a new life endeavor which I will talk about at a later date. Also went saw Red One today. Really enjoyed it. Jacked Santa was a great idea.

Picture tip!!! You can always ask for a deconstructed nacho if you don't want your chips to get soggy.

Anywho. Schedule for the week.

Thursday popping up at Southeastern for the new alumni event Lion4Life. Love serving the graduates.

Friday night, Terra Bella neighborhood for their Christmas at the Square event. 6-9. Santa, band, ton of food, awesome vendors. This event is always great.

Saturday in Folsom at Lagniappe Equistrian Center in Folsom 10-4

Sunday back at Abita Springs for the weekly market. 10-2.

We are setup and ready for you Bedico Creek even though the weather is not. Such is life in SELA. A little drizzle wont hurt ya. Come by and grab some bbq Jambalaya, smoked brisket, pulled pork and chopped chicken for the family. Sandwiches, nachos, pounds or pints. Should be here till at least 1. Can't wait to serve yall!!!

We doing Jambalaya and Chili tomorrow at the West St. Tammany YMCA . I have to cancel our dinner pop up because Lil Buddha has swim and needs to practice for a meeting this weekend. That being said, if you are a member of the y and can't make it to the lunch shift, let me know. I can hold your order and bring it to the fridge inside for later pickup. Pulled pork, brisket, chopped chicken, chicken salad, ribs, wings and breadpudding on the menu Can't wait to serve yall.

Weekly Schedule
Wednesday at West St. Tammany YMCA 11-1 and depending on sellout 430-630. I'll have Jambalya and Brisket Chili but I'd get there for lunch if you want some.

Friday at Medline in Hammond serving the employees but if you can find me, you can partake as well. 10-3

Sunday at Bedico Creek for their Christams event. Really looking forward to coming back out there. It's been a while and I know yall miss us. .

Definitely going to be a brisket chili kind of day tomorrow. Reminder we are not going to be in Abita Springs. We are popping up at the Merry Madisonville Parade from 1-6. Brisket chili, pulled pork, brisket, chopped chicken sandwiches and nachos are on the menu. Can't wait to serve yall.

Happy Thanksgiving, everyone. I'm thankful for every one of you that allows me to do what I love to do every day. 16 turkeys down plus many pans of jambalaya and breadpudding going out to celebrate. Again thanks for the support and can't wait to serve yall again.

Let the great turkey defrost of 2024 begin. How many turkeys yall cooking? 16 over here between Wednesday and Thursday plus many pans of Jambalaya and sides to some very lucky families. Ill be popping up in wednesday at the YMCA for pickups, but I'll also have some extra meats and sides for anyone who doesn't feel like cooking that night. Can't wait to serve yall

So heads up my Abila regulars. This Sunday is your last chance to grab that bbq love until Dec 15th. I won't be back to the market for a couple weeks. Devastating, I know. You will make it through these tough times. We have a few Sunday gigs coming up. An awesome Madisonville pop up and our return to Bedico Creek. Stay tuned. But this weekend. Alright peeps. We are popping up tomorrow at Avala near Lakeview to serve the crew and where can come find us. Friday we are serving the teachers at Whispering Forest school in Slidell. Sunday back at the Abita Springs Art and Farmers Market from 10-2.
I will not be back to abita for a few weeks due to other events scheduled, so yall better come get your fix this Sunday. Can't wait to serve yall.

Apparently, it's National Nacho Day. For some reason, the cheese looks a little more orange today. I gotcha nacho fix.
