We wrapped up our weekend at the Club Member release party at ! Club members got to try the February releases paired with some small bites by yours truly🍷🧀😋
🍷Pairing 1: 2024 Robyn’s Rhône Blend with two potato onion rostis, topped with a sour cream & cream cheese spread, smoked salmon, and dill
🍷Pairing 2: 2023 Primitivo with Campanella pasta & Spanish chorizo tossed in fire roasted bell pepper & garlic sauce
🍷Pairing 3: Chêne Pinot Noir with chicken & beef skewers in lizano sauce
