Now through April 30th ServSafe is offering their Food Handlers Safety class for FREE. This is a great introductory course on safe handling of foods and guidelines that are helpful in the foodservice industry and life in general. Just a few hours of your time through an on-line training course.
We are currently offering catering with a limited menu consisting of individual boxed lunches featuring a gourmet sandwich, small pasta or potato salad, chips and cookie for $9.99 each with a 20 person minimum. This is intended for workplaces that would like to feed their employees, not social gatherings. Delivery available.

Looking for an enthusiastic, quick learning, hard working, confident, competent catering assistant for a short term opening next month. A couple days a week, days will vary. Must be available weekdays, usually around 9-3 but hours may vary. I have several events booked and need an experienced server. Duties will include buffet setup, light food prep, serving and clean up. Perfect situation for a mom whose kids are going back to school. Good pay for a short term, part time position.
