Real talk- Your wedding day is normally a 12+ hour day. Most of my brides get to the venue around 9a for hair and make up and don’t leave until 11p. Before the wedding they are too nervous to eat (I always beg them to eat SOMETHING), during appetizers they are taking photos, dinner they have so much adrenaline and people to talk to they often don’t each much, so by the time they leave.. they are hungry.
Pro tip - ask your catering company to pack up a couple of plates for you to eat after the festivities have stopped. Don’t forget to tell your coordinator so they can take it to the car (with your bags😉)

Transforming any space into a stunning wedding venue is possible with the right team! Thanks to our amazing vendors, we flipped this blank canvas into a beautiful ceremony and reception in under 45 minutes. While guests enjoyed mariachis outside, we worked our magic inside.A huge shoutout to @estellasflor for the incredible floral designs that truly elevated the atmosphere. We also used pipe and draping to conceal any unsightly furniture, added new tables and chairs, and created a beautiful arch to enhance the space.A special thank you to @braxtoneventplanning staffing team for their quick and efficient support during the transition. Together, we repurposed flowers, dressed the tables, and brought the bride’s vision to life. It truly takes a village! At every wedding I hear “that’s our wedding coordinator, she has been running around like crazy” as I am walking by to fix something or talk to someone. Most weddings I get atleast 15k steps in (don’t worry- I have comfortable shoes on 😅) We do not have the space to explain all the things we do on your way day to make sure it runs smoothly, but here are a few: -Set up personal decor. -Make sure everything is ready for guests (including making sure pens work and are ready). -Checking seating charts and chair counts. -Confirming floor plan -Checking on the bride and groom (making sure they have had water and something to eat) -Getting the wedding license and tips ready for vendors. -Answering any questions people may have.
