since making our post about our heat and eat turkey dinners we have had inquires about a brisket option, if there is enough interest this is something that we could do, the sides and portions would remain the same however price would go up to $450
if you are interested in this option please reach out so we can see if it would be feasible

sending a huge shout out to my team last night for helping me get to the podium in Blue Smoke BBQ's first ever kitchen party competition, to be able to say the business I built from the ground up got to not only participate but place bronze in such a prestigious event against 6 other top culinary chefs is such an honour.
thank you to the people who allowed me the opportunity to compete and thank you to the team that supported me for the evening you did an amazing job to help me bring home the bronze.
