Our event last Tuesday featured an exquisite selection of hors d’oeuvres, including mini Angus beef sliders with sharp cheddar cheese on brioche buns, a gourmet cheese and charcuterie board showcasing a variety of artisanal cheeses and cured meats, and perfectly flaky collard green vegetarian empanadas. Guests also enjoyed tender, sweet and sour lemongrass chicken kabobs, expertly grilled for a burst of flavor in every bite. The evening was a celebration of creative culinary experiences, set against a backdrop of beautiful sunset views.
