Holy Sh’mokes Cigar and Wine Lounge is one of the newest businesses in The Villages. Larry and Natalie Fagan have done an incredible job of creating a welcoming environment for you to enjoy only the best ci**rs, wine and/or coffee while comfortably socializing with friends. Fifi's Functions was honored to cater their Ribbon Cutting/Grand Opening Event. We prepared Chicken Salad Croissants, Ham and Cheese Stacks, BBQ Meatballs, Spinach Wontons, Fruit Cups, Cheese Board, Assorted cookies to include Macadamia Nut White Chocolate Chip, Lemon Bar Cookie Cup, Kauffman’s Thumbprints, Snickerdoodles, Wedding Cookies, Raspberry Almond Thumbprints and a custom cookie with their logo.

Happy 75th Birthday Danny! Fifi's Functions was honored to be the Event Planner and Caterer for this fun event. Event Planning included invitation design, contracting Clark Barrios for entertainment and Tipsy Gypsy for bartending, floor plan design and setup, organizing table/chair rental, designing centerpieces, etc. to Full-Service Catering. Menu included Appetizers of Shrimp Cocktail, Pigs 'N Blanket, Apricot Brie Bites, Roasted Pepper Caprese, Fruit Tray, Cheese and Cracker Tray. Dinner included Salad with Dressings, Lasagna, Chicken Parmesan, Eggplant Parmesan, Meatballs, Penne Pasta, Basil Pesto, Marinara Sauce, Meat Sauce, Garlic Bread, Birthday Cake, Key Lime Mousse and Cheesecakes with Fresh Fruit. Entrees were served by my amazing team of Jim, Bobbi and Lynne.

From the time we met Phyllis back in October, to the day after Danny’s 75th birthday party, Jan.5th, we were impressed with her attention to detail, helpful suggestions, professionalism and lovely personality. I have MANY wonderful photos of the event, but have not had a chance to edit and crop them yet (& am having trouble including any in this post ☹️). However, I did want to post this review while everything is fresh in our minds. Phyllis delivered on everything she promised, kept us on task during the process, and her staff was OUTSTANDING! She wanted us to enjoy our party, and that we did, along with about 65 friends and family! Nothing but RAVE REVIEWS! THANK YOU!

Each menu is custom designed for your event. From appetizers to full sit-down dinners to delectable desserts...all delicious!
As part of Fifi's Functions, we offer Time for Tea by Fifi which is a Tea Party that comes to you! You provide the location and Fifi does everything else.

We had a 50th anniversary party last weekend that was arranged by Fifi’s Functions.
It was the best affair we could have hoped to enjoy. Phyllis McElveen, the owner did an outstanding job.
My husband and I only arranged for the venue, selected menus and expressed our wishes for certain
things to happen that night. After that Phyllis did all the other arrangements.
Phyllis arranged for the caterer, bartending services, DJ and assuring they all had the necessary
compliance licenses. She drew up a floor plan for arrangement of tables in conjunction with the venue
we were using. She arranged for the table decorations, appetizer serving, timetable for speeches and
allowing us time to say thank you to our guests and all other possible details that needed handling.
From the minute we arrived to the moment we said goodnight to our guests, it was a phenomenal
experience.
The food was delicious, the service people were professional and extremely accommodating and people
danced the night away.
I highly recommend Phyllis and her company, Fifi’s Functions, if you want a professional, personal and
exceptional experience.

I was honored to be the Event Planner for Janice and Mark’s wedding. Fifi’s Functions did everything for this event except venue and meal selection. From invitation design to mailing invitations to receiving/managing RSVPs to assisting with Entertainers (3 of them) to Officiant to Photographer and Videographer to Florist to creating Centerpieces and Signs to assisting with selection of Guest ‘Book’, all while managing the Project Plan to make sure every task was perfectly executed. Fifi's Cakes & More made the cakes…the Fish Cake was Yellow Cake with Chocolate Buttercream, the 3-tier Wedding Cake was bottom tier of White Wedding Cake with Buttercream Frosting, middle tier of Chocolate Cake, Chocolate Buttercream and Chocolate Ganache, top tier of Red Velvet Cake with Cream Cheese Frosting. Fifi’s also make the Wedding Favors which were Chocolate Covered Pretzels with Hershey’s Kisses placed inside a decorative canvas bag. The wedding was beautiful and full of love. This proud Event Planner was thrilled that all tasks were executed almost to the minute. The wedding was held at Paulie’s Oaks on 44. Terrific staff and manager. Meal selection of Prime Rib and Sea Bass was impeccable! The manager told me that they have never hosted an event that was so well organized. That made my night complete.
