This is me, 46. I’ve always taken pride in how I take care of myself. It comes down to a balance of Fitness, Nutrition & Organic Skincare and of course your emotional state - This is something I am constantly struggling with - however I do recognize that when I am on top of my Nutrition and Fitness, it can help with my mind as well. It’s all about the balance and Honouring my Beauty.
I think it’s Important for all of us to really take time to properly eat wholesome and nutritious foods, have fitness daily and to take care of our thoughts and mind. This is a ‘Balanced’ Lifestyle.
