This sweet sea otter is made on a Stuffed Panda Studios base. The paws are webbed and the pads were cast here at DFS. The head features following eyes, a moving jaw, and can fit up to a 24in head. It also comes with a cute blossom clam!

The blue and tan hooves are new hands for Sharky and Kanati. The shark tail is also ShorkShorks new tail.
The white hooves were a commission for Akanisen on FA.
The other paws and the fox tail are all for upcoming premades, so keep an eye out for that!

Our current projects are moving along nicely, and we wanted to show you guys the eyes for em! These are 100% waterproof and can handle submersion in water for at least 4 hours. I posted the test video on Twitter for those who want to check that out!
These eyes continue our tradition of full mesh eye backs, lending a far greater field of vision than iris/pupil mesh eyes.

Hey all! Long time no see! Things have been extremely busy here at DFS! I graduated (woot!) and now we're hitting the ground running with new projects and a heap of premade suits on the horizon!
Starting out the year strong we have Sharky 2.0! We gave this wacky girl a seriously needed facelift.
She's built on a FuzzButt Fursuits custom 3D printed base, with an added muzzle fan.
She also still has original Sharky's hand hooves, feet hooves, horns, and spikes. They were touched up though! She also has her original clay teeth. 17 of them!!
Her back fins attach via magnets using a custom made harness. We also used polyfil beads in the tail to add swish and reduce weight. She was an absolute blast to remake and I'm looking forward to many more years of this gremlin running around ❤️

2020 was an absolutely wild year. Freaking nuts. On top of the pandemic, I went through a move and chaotic work and school situations. Now I'm back and up to something new! Keep your eyes out, as this project is shaping up to be one of the best and most technically proficient projects I've done yet!

Now for a more recent project! These feets I completed this weekend for my new Demon Ferret V2 suit! The suit was made by RooFur, but I needed a second set for partialing, and I wanted indoor feet anyway.
There's a ton of new stuff happening with these!
The first thing I considered was that I wanted these to fit the sandals I previously made for a set of LobitaWorks feet I own for the DF's original suit. In this pursuit, I was successful!
The bases of the feet are shoeless, something I've never done before. Instead, they are made on a slipper-like sock that I designed and made myself. The "sock" is three layers: an outer layer of thin but stiff linen, a middle layer of quilt batting, and the inner layer, in this case, is sherpa cause I LOVE sherpa to death. Yes, it's hot. No, I don't care. I love sherpa that much! The base then is attached to a "floor" of sorts that supports the pawpads.
The fur is tissavel, which was also used on my RooFur suit. I don't see it used much, most likely because if it's not stretched tight it wrinkles pretty badly, and it's ridiculously expensive, but it was the exact color I wanted and it's by far the SOFTEST fur I've ever touched. Unfortunately, because these feet are soft with soft bases I could not avoid the wrinkles.
The pads I cast myself. They are my first attempts at silicone casting and I'm super proud of them! I'll be pursuing more casting this year as well.
The claws I made out of goatskin for durability and the gloss finish. NOTE: I do not use animal products (unless humanely sourced like horsehair) on commission work. I will only do so for myself, or if I am specifically asked to and there are no alternatives!
Last but not least, the tags in the feet were made by RooFur, and contain contact information if any parts of my suit were to get lost!
Wooo world's been crazy lately! With school and work and now all this I completely forgot to post these cute wolfy beans I completed in late January/early February! These have long been sent out and are now living in their home in Canada!
These soft hands are made of ivory beaver fur, and the edge is finished with fleece.
The claws and pads are from WMW66Costumes on Etsy.
I'm also working on a cute set of paws for a commissioner in Canada! The second page will be sewn up tomorrow, and claws and pads will be installed when they come in.
I'm once again doing things. Somebody stop me!
And don't mind my bathroom closet. I needed to put this somewhere it won't get disturbed and I won't want to mess with it.
Also, did ya know I also do woodwork? Yup! I actually enjoy it a lot. All of these pieces I made this year except for my snakes terrarium table. That I made right before I got her a few years ago.

The shelf is made of padauk (it is naturally that color) and mahogany dowels
The drawer is also made of padauk, maple plywood, pine 2x2s, a birch drawer box, and the drawer front is made of MDF. The ram k**b I got from k**bpologie on Etsy, and the drawer box + front are from cabinetdoorworld
The lamp was made out of scrap wood, dowels, an old music stand, the lenses from an old CRT tv, and the lights are battery powered tap lights that are also remote controlled
And finally the puppet rack is made of large dowels, a curtain rod, and oak planks

I don't do any sort of woodwork on commission, as I don't have the toolset to be able to produce things with any sort of consistent quality. However, I do like sharing this hobby of mine!

Whoo we're getting towards the end of the year! Today I'm doing a big post dump of what I've been up to but haven't had the time to post!
First off, the red lion partial sold and is in his new home in sunny Florida! His new owner also got paws for him!
These paws feature vinyl pawpads and clay claws.
In other news, I've been in a Renaissance Fair mood, so here's some stuff I've made in the past few weeks in that regard. Everything here was made with a combination of vinyl, fleece, leather, suede, clay pieces, and various hardware.
We have:
An over the shoulder holster for my bow
A doodle journal
A coin pouch
A gorget, collary type thing
And two clay pendants, the wolverine for myself and the dragon is my partner's.

Meet the newest member of the DFS family! This is Daiquiri the Macaw-Hornbill. More specifically, she's a lutino morph macaw and great hornbill. She embodies summer with her bright colors and bright personality, while still having that more stormy side.
This suit features machine sewn fleece feathers, an EVA foam beak, magnetic eyelids, an extremely sensitive moving jaw, and cast resin claws I made myself! The feathers on the back of the head are craft feathers.
The wings also feature finger slots in the first three feathers and hand escape slots in the wrists. Because the wings can't be worn with a normal t-shirt, the plaid hoodie is a part of the suit as a whole.
Like all of my suits, Daiquiri is a fully lined foam on balaclava head, with a baseball cap in the internal structure to assist in fitting and stable wear. The feet are shoe based, and the tail is held with sturdy elastic belt loops.
As a general reminder, I'm always open for parts commissions, and fleece feathers are now an option for clients!
I'm up to something! The new suit is on track for completion this week, and I'll more than likely reveal photos, and maybe video, this weekend. Stay tuned!

So, this is not a fursuit related project or a commission, but a passion project that took around 3 years from start to finish. This is my take on Harry Potter's Monster Book of Monsters! Because this project took so long to complete, I sadly cannot remember all of the sources to everything I used to put this big guy together.
The unique thing about this MBoM is that its an actual book! Official HP merch is typically a plush or something similar, but this is a completely unlined, blank book, making it the most impractical sketchbook ever.
This fluffy monstrosity features CR crafts Grey Frost teddy fur, blue and light blue safety eyes (for stuffed animals), apoxie sculpt eye ridges and nostrils, sculpy gums and teeth (except the gold tooth which is a replacement for a lost one), EVA foam mat tendril things coated in plastidip, a large printed fabric patch for the book's title (done by a company), a very cheap fashion belt, grey DVC rubber spikes, and a hand-sewn fleece tongue that is directly attached to the inside of the book's spine, making it an in-book bookmark.
I took artistic liberty with my book to make it more unique, while still staying true enough to the source material. This imagining of the book is of course based on the movie adaptation as well.
I recently completed a commission for some fursuit sandals! These feet were not made by me!! They were provided to me by the client.
This set of highly durable fancy footwear features quick release buckles, polypropylene webbing, and strap adjusters to ensure the best fit possible. The base of the sandals are two layers of EVA puzzle foam mat, which adds durability and prevents the straps from coming in contact with the ground, thus increasing the lifespan of the sandals.
I have decided that I will start taking sandal commissions for $125 not including shipping. This price is flat rate, and would only change if the sole material was requested to be different. This means that design elements, webbing color, mat color, or even buckle or adjuster color (if it can be found), can be whatever the client wishes with no price change whatsoever! For me to construct these sandals I do require the client's fursuit feet, as measurements alone are not reliable enough to create the sole pattern or some of the construction elements for the strapping.

Hello everyone! Due to unfortunate circumstances with the previous buyer, the red lion partial is going back on sale. I will be selling him flat out at first. and putting him on auction if flat sale in unsuccessful. He's $300 for just the head and tail, $500 to add on custom 4 or 5 fingered paws.
This costume is a brand new, fully lined, foam based head on balaclava. The fur is completely and meticulously handsewn! It has a nonadjustable baseball cap inside (between the balaclava and foamwork) to help with structure and comfort. The mane is sculpted from EVA foam for volume.
This head will fit up to an absolute MAX 23 inch head, and I recommend it for smaller heads.
This head features a 2.25 Inch DVC fan in the muzzle, with a 9V battery pack hidden in a rare earth magnet pocket in the mane. Simply find and open the pocket for full access to replace the batteries and turn on the fan! This head also has a DVC tongue, nose, and teeth. It also has two Apoxie sculpted nostrils per nose to give the large fan optimum airflow. The ventilation in this head is excellent. The eyes are my standard full mesh following eyes for as much vision as possible. The head is also glasses compatible. Lastly it has plastic whiskers, made of an extremely sturdy material and are not likely to break or warp.
The tail is standard construction with sturdy elastic beltloops. The red tail is 21in. It is firmly stuffed with polyfil and is super cuddly!!

-A high quality balaclava (to wear under the mask)
-Extra whiskers, just in case!
