It's that time of the year again, for summer bashes, parties and graduations. Large or Small, we can do it all !! Delivery, Set-Up, Serve and Clean-Up is all included in this catering option. Buffet Style only, no table waiting. Includes meats of your choice, 3 sides, (2) slices of bread, jalapenos, pickles, onions, BBQ sauce. Plates, Napkins and plastic ware are included. Meats available per plat

Texas style brisket 2 slices
Chicken Quarter Legs (1 quarter leg)
Pork Ribs (Spare/Baby Back) 2 ribs
Beef Ribs (2 ribs)
Turkey Legs (1) leg

Sides per plate per person are:
Potato Salad, Spanish Rice, and Charro Beans.

1-100 plates= $7.25
101- up plates=$7.00

Prices are for Brisket and Chicken plates only. Other meats and combinations will vary
