⚠️ PARTICIPATION PARTIELLE ‼️

La participation partielle a toujours été une possibilité. Toutefois, comme indiqué dans le bulletin n° 1, cette possibilité est examinée au cas par cas. De plus, elle n'est possible que lorsqu'il y a des places disponibles dans les équipes, ce qui n'est pas le cas actuellement. Par conséquent, toute personne s'inscrivant pour participer à l'événement à temps partiel sera placée sur notre liste de réserve et ne sera prise en compte que s'il reste des places disponibles après l'attribution des éventuelles places libres à d'autres personnes de la liste de réserve qui se sont inscrites pour l'événement complet et qui ont donc la priorité.

⚠️ PART-TIME ATTENDANCE ‼️

Partial participation has always been a possibility. However, as indicated in Bulletin #1, this is considered on a case-by-case basis. Moreover, it is only possible when there are places available in the crews, which is not the case at the moment. As a result, anyone registering to take part in the event as part-time attendees will be placed on our reserve list, and will only be considered if there are still places available after the allocation of any spare places to other people on the reserve list who have registered for the full event and who therefore have priority.

Pour ceux qui se sont inscrits au cours de l'année 2023 et qui n'ont pas payé leur acompte avant minuit ce soir (31 janvier 2024), votre formulaire de candidature sera supprimé. (Ceci ne s'applique pas à ceux qui viennent de s'inscrire à partir du 1er janvier 2024).

Une fois votre formulaire supprimé, si vous souhaitez toujours participer à l'événement, vous devrez soumettre à nouveau votre formulaire et payer l'acompte dans les 24 heures suivant la soumission.

Lorsque vous soumettez à nouveau votre formulaire, aucune place n'est garantie sur l'évènement. S'il n'y a pas de place disponible, vous serez placé sur une liste d'attente et contacté lorsqu'une place se libérera.

⚠️OUTSTANDING DEPOSITS‼️

Dear ,

For those who registered during 2023 and who have not paid their deposit by midnight tonight (31 January 2024), your application form will be deleted. (This is NOT applicable for those who have just registered as from 01 January 2024)

Once your form had been deleted, should you still wish to attend the event, you will need to resubmit your form and pay the deposit within 24 hours of submission.

When you resubmit your form, there is no guarantee of any place on the trip. Should there be no seats available, you will be placed onto a reserve list & contacted when a place is available.
