Our Shared Park: A Good Neighbor Policy for Dog Walking

We believe in fostering a friendly and respectful environment for everyone in our community. To ensure our park remains a clean and enjoyable space, we ask all dog owners to embrace the "good neighbor" spirit.

• Be a Good Neighbor: Clean Up After Your Dog
o We kindly request that you always and immediately clean up after your dog.
o This simple act of courtesy helps keep our park clean and safe for everyone, especially our children.
o Please dispose of waste in the provided receptacles.

• Good Neighbors Carry Waste Bags:
o Please ensure you carry waste bags with you at all times while walking your dog in the park.

• Good Neighbors Keep Dogs Leashed:
o For the safety and comfort of everyone, please keep your dog on a leash no longer than ~6 feet.

• Good Neighbors Maintain Control:
o Please maintain control of your dog at all times.

• Good Neighbors Respect Shared Spaces:
o Please be mindful of other park users and keep dogs out of designated play areas, especially the baseball diamonds where children play.

• A Shared Responsibility:
o Our park is a shared space, and we all have a role to play in keeping it clean and welcoming.
o By being a good neighbor and cleaning up after your dog, you're helping create a better park for everyone.
o Health Considerations:
o Animal waste can carry harmful bacteria and parasites that can transmit diseases to humans. Please be considerate of the health of your neighbors.
